It brings a really distinctive approach to project management and has been a big help when it comes to getting better results. It lets users handle multiple tasks at once which improves productivity and cuts down the time and effort the team used to spend on office-related work. Another big advantage is how clearly it shows the connections between tasks, bottlenecks and any open risks that could affect business success. That level of transparency, along with the system's features, makes it much easier to stay organized and informed. The collaboration tools are also genuinely valuable since they help team members work together more effectively and stay aligned on the desired outcomes. On top of that, it makes it simple to keep track of contract agreements and project drawings uploaded by the team which saves both time and money.

Cons

Overall, it handles the required work very well. The only drawback is that employees may need some training to fully understand how to enter and update data properly, as well as how to generate and pull reports.

After a long search for the best budget-friendly tool for project and idea tracking, this ended up being the one that stuck right away. More than a year and a half later, I'm still genuinely hooked and use it several times a day to manage pretty much everything in my life, personal tasks, office work, hobbies, daily chores and even video planning. It gives me a full picture of everything I need to get done. I can organize every area with dedicated lists, type dates and times in natural language, split bigger tasks into subtasks while still keeping track of the whole thing and set custom statuses that fit the needs of different lists. Dark mode is a nice bonus too. On top of that, the free plan allows unlimited tasks and having web, mobile and desktop apps across any OS makes it even better.

There really isn't much to complain about but one issue does stand out, custom fields. I wish the free tier handled them better. If I delete a custom field, I should be able to create a new one in its place. Instead, deleted fields still count against the limit which leaves me stuck with fields I no longer need while also using up my available quota. That part is definitely frustrating.

Pros

Having tried a long list of project management tools that never fully delivered, it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. A mentor recommended it to me and it has covered everything I need to manage projects effectively. It comes with just about every tool and feature someone could want, including advanced task management, timers, notepads, multiple useful views and plenty more. Even the free plan offers far more functionality than other platforms I've used. On top of that, their team has been incredibly supportive and quick to respond whenever I had a concern.

The mobile app could be improved by including all the features that are available on the desktop version.

There's not much to complain about and whenever something wasn't immediately clear, watching a few tutorials was enough to answer my questions.

It feels very well designed, with a modern and organized interface that stands out from other productivity tools that are basically just task lists. It lets me build a clear mental map of my projects and arrange everything the way I need. I also appreciate being able to set up custom views and apply filters so I can jump straight into the tasks that matter. Another plus is how simple it is to update a project's status, whether it's in development, finished or closed and the integrations with Drive, Outlook and Google Calendar make it even more useful.

At this point, I'm happy with it and don't really have any complaints.

This tool comes with a ton of useful features I didn't expect to rely on yet I end up using them every single day. It's also really helpful that my clients can interact with me directly inside the platform.

It would be even better if time tracking could flow straight into an invoice. At the moment, I still have to use a separate app to track time.

Getting started with it was pretty simple and using it day to day feels fast and efficient. It connects well with integrations like GitLab and GitHub which makes it more useful for development work. I also really enjoy the sprint management feature and the ClickApps add a lot of helpful flexibility.

The sharing functionality still has room for improvement. It would also be better if exporting tasks, transferring them to other platforms or importing them were more refined and capable.

The way everything is organized from Spaces to Lists to Tasks is simple and fits together really well. Connecting the chatbot with Google Hangout was also simple to set up which helps the team a lot since Google Chat is already where most of our everyday communication happens.

Cons

dashboard's drag-and-drop function could use some work. Also, the free plan does have feature limits once you start needing a bit more from the platform.

It's not quite strong enough to fully replace Jira for an enterprise-level customer but for a smaller team, it can work really well.

It is a very powerful platform with lots of features and options for creating innovative projects and roadmaps, sharing reports without hassle and building attractive dashboards. It also lets us automate many actions, including task reporting which saves a lot of time.

I'm honestly impressed by how many features this platform includes. I had my doubts at the beginning but being able to bring everything we use into one place while we transition from other tools has been exactly what we needed.

There are still some issues with the marketing side of things and it really needs someone with stronger knowledge in that area. I also think it could use a lot more emojis and more visually attractive elements to make the experience feel more engaging.

Running a small business, it has been a really good fit. We can start with just one or two spaces and build things out only when we actually need more. A lot of task management and CRM tools feel overloaded for smaller teams, with too many unnecessary channels that just make everything more confusing. It keeps things simple, basic and simple, while still giving enough flexibility to expand when needed. It also works well across desktop in a web browser and through the app which we've installed on our phones and iPads. That makes it very accessible and practical to use day to day. Since I work visually, the drag-and-drop functionality is especially helpful.

Over time, the platform has had several updates and a number of the features I originally felt were missing have since been added like time tracking, due dates and to-do lists. That said, I'd still really like to see an option for creating a snapshot-style overview of tasks. It would be especially useful for days when multiple tasks need to be handled at once.
