“Helpful on-screen guidance during installation”

Pros

the platform offers a wide range of features paired with a user-friendly interface. The on-screen guidance during the initial installation makes everything clearly explained and the features it includes are really impressive.

Cons

Everything has been good overall, aside from the occasional rare crash.

“Stronger accountability with Clickup”

Pros

It has helped us get much more out of our day-to-day work. Accountability is stronger than ever and we can clearly identify which processes haven't been completed with accuracy and precision. We manage a large number of projects and many of them have already been finished with impressive results. Using it also gives the company a sense of security and protection.

Cons

The large number of features felt overwhelming for some of our users.

“Can personalize dashboards”

Pros

The way spaces are organized and how much you can personalize the dashboards has been really useful. Changing a task status from to-do to in progress to ready for revision is quick and convenient. I also appreciate that multiple people can be assigned to the same task and multiple team members can be included to receive notifications about task and status updates.

Cons

It can be hard to pull up past tasks. Also, when a view or filter gets changed, it tends to become the default for other people too. The volume of notifications is a mixed bag as well, it's helpful to stay updated but getting alerted for every single task status change can be a bit much.

“Wonderful PM tool”

Pros

It has been a fantastic project management tool because it handles everything in one place and gets the job done efficiently. It gives users strong collaboration features, docs, file sharing with team members and simple time management, among other useful tools. It's very helpful for managing teams as well as all kinds of projects and tasks.

Cons

With it, I haven't run into any disadvantages since it performs exactly as needed.

“Fantastic templates and usability”

Pros

This software comes with a huge variety of really useful templates and the platform is very simple to work with. It doesn't take much effort to get started although there is still a small learning curve and a bit of training needed at first.

Cons

Pricing is definitely the biggest downside. Compared with other tools out there, it feels quite overpriced. Aside from that though, the software performs very well.

“Appreciate the constant delivery reminders”

Pros

The integrations and notifications are really helpful. I also appreciate the constant delivery reminders, the way tasks and available templates are displayed and the CRM features for sales.

Cons

The weaker side is adaptability and report generation could be better. There also isn't a true one-click option to execute everything more quickly.

“Would strongly recommend!”

Pros

Calendar management and progress tracking have made the biggest difference for me. It fits naturally into my writing and photography business and it's simple to use and bring into my workflow. It's also one of the more affordable project management tools available and I'd absolutely recommend it if you're self-employed.

Cons

After using it for around six months, I honestly haven't run into any missing features or anything that feels like it needs improvement. The platform is very user-friendly and self-explanatory so adding it into my business was no trouble at all.

“24/7 support available”

Pros

There's a huge range of features, apps and integrations packed into it which makes it useful for a lot of different workflows. On top of that, having 24/7 support available is a big plus and the large library of training videos really helps when learning how to use everything.

Cons

It can take new users a while to get comfortable with the platform because the learning curve is pretty steep. Also, the live chart feature feels a little limited compared to the rest of the tool.

“All my work at one spot”

Pros

Having everything in one place is what I love most about it. It makes staying organized really simple and I can quickly set up tasks and projects and keep track of everything from one dashboard. It also works well for communication, even with people in different time zones. Assigning tasks to team members is simple and they can respond back without any hassle.

Cons

The setup can feel a bit complicated at times. It can also be overwhelming for clients if you try to use it to manage their work directly.

“Best of Asana and Trello”

Pros

Having worked with both Asana and Trello, this feels like a really strong blend of the two in a single platform. It offers several different ways to organize, view and work with the data and tasks entered into the system. The available integrations are a big plus as well and it has become part of my day-to-day workflow.

Cons

Coming from other project management tools, the hierarchy can take a little time to fully understand during setup. Once the structure starts to make sense and you see how each part works on its own and together, the platform opens up a lot of possibilities.

“Incredible features”

Pros

Packed with strong features and the level of customization is a big plus. Creating forms is simple and getting everything set up and implemented didn't take much effort.

Cons

What really bothered me was how the marketing around the product downplayed the limits of the free plan. We had already rolled it out across the organization and right after launch we hit the record limit. That ended up being a deal breaker because it felt like a lack of transparency and hurt the company's credibility, even though the system itself wasn't the issue.

“Cluttered design”

Pros

It covers a lot of areas, including task management, resource planning for balancing workloads, Gantt charts for scheduling tasks and tools that help teams collaborate. It also supports Agile methodology, includes document management, offers mobile access and has timesheet tracking.

Cons

Workflows feel overly complicated, the performance is poor and there is just too much information packed into a messy interface.

“Simple to tailor”

Pros

Keeping track of tasks across multiple projects is very convenient. The platform is simple to tailor with color coding, deadline setup sorting options and email reminders or notifications for upcoming due dates.

Cons

There are times when the system lags after creating new tasks which means the page has to be refreshed. The same thing happens when moving certain tasks through completion stages since a refresh is needed before the program properly reorders them.

“Comprehensive list of features”

Pros

It comes with a huge range of features so I never really feel like anything is missing. The flexibility is impressive and considering everything it offers, the price is surprisingly affordable.

Cons

With so many options available, it can feel a little confusing at first and takes some time to understand. Thankfully, the tutorials are genuinely helpful and make the learning process much easier.

“features that keep work organized”

Pros

Between the file management, business automation and task assignment features, this tool covers a lot of what I need to keep work organized. It does a really good job of bringing those core functions together in one place.

Cons

I wish it had an Android app since that would make it much more convenient to use on the go.

“Saves us time and money”

Pros

Running projects feels much more efficient with it because it packs in pretty much everything needed in one place. If your work is spread across multiple tools for things like time tracking, project management and document sharing, it's definitely worth trying. I used Asana before and ClickUp offers stronger features while also saving both time and money by replacing several separate services.

Cons

On the other hand, if you're not going to use most of what it offers, another project management tool might make more sense. Since it comes with so many features, the interface can feel difficult at first. Still, once you get familiar with how everything works, it becomes hard to stop using it.

“Support team goes above and beyond”

Pros

A big shoutout to the customer support team, they really go above and beyond to assist with just about anything and it makes managing work so much less stressful.

Cons

There's honestly not much to complain about. The only thing is that it can take a little while to get familiar with how everything works but once it clicks, it becomes hard not to keep using it.
