Working with outside companies is much better since it lets you give them access and keeps communication flowing more easily.

I don't enjoy having to create multiple lists because if a colleague and I are online at the same time making updates, the changes happen live in it and can interfere with each other.

Once a project or task group starts filling up with lots of items and comments, it can feel a bit cluttered. Some extra optimization would definitely help keep everything more organized.

Brings a lot to the table when it comes to handling both design work and task management. The dashboard is genuinely helpful for keeping an eye on the progress of every project and the customization options gave us the flexibility to shape the platform around our workflow. Because of that, it feels tailored to exactly what we need it to do.

The automations can be inconsistent and it is hard to tell when they fail because there is no clear alert or error message. The mobile version is also still rough, with plenty of bugs and slow performance so that side definitely needs improvement. On the desktop app though, I have not run into any issues.

When I'm working with a larger set of tasks, list view becomes very slow to load which is frustrating since that's the view needed to see all the important details.

The app lets you message teammates directly and the different views like Gantt, Box, Calendar and List make it much easier to see how a project is progressing. It really helps with organizing and managing the day-to-day flow of project work.

Out of all the project management tools we tested, this gave us the most flexibility. Having the whole team working in one place for day-to-day task management has been a huge boost to our company's productivity. We especially appreciate that the people doing the work can manage projects in Board or List view, while managers and planners can stay in Calendar and Gantt views at the same time. It gives our team strong visibility across every project while still letting each person tailor the platform to the way they prefer to work.

Early on, it did feel a bit buggy. When too much was happening inside one workspace, the app would sometimes take a long time to load. That said, we've kept using it and have noticed that this has improved over time.

Getting started with it is really simple and it comes with powerful features. Being able to invite guests for free is a big plus and the support team has been excellent whenever needed. There are also plenty of video tutorials available which helps a lot. Our whole team loves using it.

An area that could be better is the homepage view that shows what's due Today, Next and Overdue. I'd really like to have an option there to also see everything I need to get done this week.

A very complete platform, even on the free plan and I'd definitely recommend it. I use it to keep both my work tasks and personal projects organized and features like Boards, Gantt and Timeline help me plan, structure and schedule my daily activities really well.

There are a couple of downsides though. The mobile app can be pretty confusing and not very user-friendly to use and since the software includes so many features, it takes a while to understand how everything works and get comfortable with it.
