“productivity powerhouse”

Pros

It really feels like a productivity powerhouse. I still haven't run into anything ClickUp can't handle.

Cons

Syncing the calendar with Google isn't very simple.

“Gamechanging PM tool”

Pros

ClickUp has made both learning and day-to-day work much more manageable for me. It helps me organize people, projects and pretty much everything in one place which has honestly been a game changer.

Cons

It can be a bit slow at times but aside from that, it's still very helpful overall.

“Well-planned program”

Pros

Right away, it felt approachable because the interface is simple to navigate and works well for just about anyone. It comes with a wide range of free tools which is a big plus. When those tools are used together, they do a really good job of helping users stay on top of design management. It also gives you plenty of free options for organizing your systems and overall it feels like a well-planned program that was smartly put together.

Cons

Every now and then, I run into a small issue, it is not really the best platform for replying or communicating so using a separate communication tool works better. It can also be a bit slow at times although I've gotten used to that by now. Aside from those minor points, there really are not many negatives worth pointing out.

“Covers all details”

Pros

After trying quite a few project management tools, it feels like the one that covers all the details. It's also very simple to use which makes managing work much more convenient.

Cons

It still needs some upgrades and further development. A few bugs show up from time to time and they really need to be addressed and fixed.

“On par with Nifty”

Pros

It comes with a lot of useful options in the free version for managing projects and I'd say it's pretty much on par with Nifty.

Cons

That said, Trello still feels like the best and simplest option to me so I'd probably choose it over ClickUp.

“makes task management simple”

Pros

Comes with a lot of helpful features that make task management simple. It also provides documentation and training videos which are really useful for learning how to use the platform. The interface is user-friendly and the system is simple to navigate.

Cons

sometimes replying through email directly from the platform doesn't work so you have to switch to another communication tool.

“Awesome automation features”

Pros

Setting things up for clients is very simple and the automation features let you build fairly advanced workflows whenever you need them.

Cons

I really enjoy using it but the number of emails it sends can be overwhelming and ends up cluttering my inbox.

“Ability to turn features on and off”

Pros

As an admin, being able to turn features on and off is a huge plus. There's also a wide range of features to choose from but the platform still doesn't feel cluttered.

Cons

It can be a little laggy at times although I've gotten used to that. Aside from that, I really don't have any complaints, it's been all good with this software.

“Simplifies everything”

Pros

The interface is highly customizable with Spaces, letting you organize different Docs, Lists and Folders however you want. A lot of project management tools make you jump through too many different screens but it does a good job of simplifying things that usually feel overly complicated.

Cons

There are still quite a few small bugs here and there. At times, it doesn't feel as polished as Asana. That said, for what I need, I'm happy to make that tradeoff because of all the features, frequent updates, flexibility and pricing. I should stress that every bug I've run into has been minor. If I ever lost an entire Space or something major like that, I'd obviously have to look for another solution.

“Multipurpose platform”

Pros

It is a very comprehensive platform with a wide range of uses. At our company, we rely on it across several different areas, from standard project management to financial tracking and even managing employee and contractor records, among other things.

Cons

Since it covers so many functions and use cases, setting up new areas can get a bit complicated and at times it takes extra effort to train the team on how to use the software properly.

“packs in a lot of functionality”

Pros

This product packs in a lot of functionality. Having Gantt charts, project management tools, task assignment and contact management all in one place is really valuable.

Cons

The interface just doesn't feel user-friendly and getting everyone to actually adopt it is nearly impossible. Because of that, a lot of the more advanced features end up not mattering much.

“One of the most complete solution”

Pros

After working with several project management and planning tools over the years, it is one of the few that covers nearly everything I need. Getting it set up was simple, training the team didn't take much effort and clients were able to start using it without much pushback. One of the biggest advantages is how customizable it is so it can be tailored to fit the way your organization works. I also really appreciate that each team member can look at projects in the format that suits them best without affecting everyone else, whether that's lists, Kanban boards, calendars or something else. Since people handle tasks in different ways, that flexibility is incredibly useful when you're working with a team that has a wide range of skills and preferences.

Cons

There are so many features that it can sometimes feel like a lot to take in. I do value the fact that the platform keeps evolving and many of the new additions are genuinely useful but keeping up with everything can occasionally feel overwhelming.

“Powerful yet simple”

Pros

It packs in a lot of powerful project management features yet it still feels approachable because you can learn the app step by step. As you keep using it, each function becomes clearer and before long you're confidently using everything you need.

Cons

Some integrations seem to work properly only in the Google Chrome desktop version. Since I prefer using ClickUp as an app on my MacBook, that can be a bit limiting.

“Valuable daily task reminders”

Pros

Daily task reminders from teammates and the ones I send back, have been really helpful for staying on top of everything. Nothing slips through the cracks and the visibility across the whole team makes collaboration much more transparent. Another big plus is how many features it offers and how much you can tailor the tool to fit the way your team works.

Cons

There's definitely a learning curve at the beginning since it takes a while to explore and understand all the features. That said, the platform includes plenty of helpful tools and once you get familiar with it, using it feels much more natural and user-friendly.

“Produces impressive results”

Pros

Keeping my day organized has been much simpler with this app. It's simple to use and I rely on it to plan my schedule, track my goals and manage sales targets. The results have been really impressive. I also appreciate that it combines project management with day-to-day note-taking for future reference. After using it for a while, I can say I'm satisfied with it overall. If your schedule is packed and exhausting, this app can really help you stay on top of your tasks.

Cons

There are some bugs that occasionally affect how well it functions.

“Perfect balance between functionality and design”

Pros

It nails the balance between functionality and design. The UI and UX feel really polished and even with so many features available, the interface never feels cluttered or complicated. Everything is presented in a minimal way which makes the overall experience much better. That simple design combined with a strong user experience is exactly why it stands out as the best for me.

Cons

At times, it can be noticeably slow. The web extension is where this is most frustrating since its speed issues sometimes get in the way instead of making my work easier.

“Can apply multiple filters”

Pros

This feels like a better way to manage work day to day. It can be customized to fit pretty much any kind of job or task which makes it really flexible. The different views and the option to apply multiple filters help keep attention on exactly what needs to get done. Pretty cool, honestly!!!!!

Cons

Sprints feel pretty inflexible and if one is not created, you could end up waiting for two weeks.

“Highly adaptable”

Pros

Found it userfriendly and the customization options make it adaptable to different ways of working. I also appreciate having a free plan that lets you test everything in real use without being rushed by a trial deadline and the API is simple to work with.

Cons

Website's initial load time can be better since the first page load can be slow even though it runs normally after that. Also, while the free plan isn't limited by time, it does feel fairly restricted when it comes to actual usage.
