“Lets me share a customized task table with clients”
Pros
Being able to track time on each task and even each subtask has been really useful especially for my customer support workflow. I also love that I can share a customized task table with clients through a link so they can clearly see how much time I spend on every task.
Cons
Client management can be improved especially having a way to create quotations and then turn them directly into tasks.

“Easy to reach their team”
Pros
We use this platform to handle outsourced graphic design and it has been excellent. The work they deliver is phenomenal, everything is organized clearly and their team is always accessible when we need them.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have much to complain about. If anything, the display could be a bit more user-friendly but that's a very minor issue.

“Helps us build a shared knowledge base”
Pros
It helps us build a shared knowledge base and keeps follow-up between colleagues on track in a positive way.
Cons
At the same time, we need to remember that any software should support only part of our daily work, not all of it so we still have to stay focused and rethink which tasks are actually worth managing through this app.

“Connects well with Slack”
Pros
Appreciate how well it connects with tools like Slack and similar apps. The multiple layout formats also make it highly customizable depending on the user's preferences and overall ClickUp is extremely functional.
Cons
the layout can feel a bit complex. I also wish some windows could stay sticky instead of moving around.

“Simple to understand”
Pros
It's pretty easy to use and the interface is simple to understand.
Cons
Connecting Hero tasks between the marketing and development teams is another story. Once the workflow depends on different roles, it becomes difficult to manage.

“It's simplicity stands out”
Pros
Simplicity mattered a lot to us and it delivered there. The platform is very user-friendly and the UI and UX are put together really well which makes it pleasant to work in.
Cons
I haven't run into many downsides with it myself. If anything, it feels like a very solid option especially for small to mid-sized businesses.

“fairly priced”
Pros
It covers pretty much every feature you could want from a project management platform and the pricing feels very reasonable compared with other options out there.
Cons
Newer or less experienced users might find it hard to navigate and the large number of features can feel like more than they actually need.

“Great for monitoring task progress”
Pros
Managing tasks with it feels simple and it works well for assigning work and keeping track of how tasks are progressing. I also use it as a calendar to organize the project schedule which has been really useful.
Cons
I'd still like to see more interactive features, along with better integrations with other tools like Zoom.

“Convenient mobile version”
Pros
I love its subtask and checklist setup. Adding subtasks is very simple and being able to assign those subtasks to other people with due dates makes it really useful. The desktop and mobile versions also work very well together. Using it across both feels smooth and the mobile app handled everything I needed it to. Most of the key features are placed where you would expect them and the rest can be customized pretty easily through favorites and similar options.
Cons
The weakest area for me is notes. On the mobile app, I can't handwrite notes with an Apple Pencil on my iPad. I'm able to type notes inside the notes section of a task but I can't open a separate note first and then attach it to a task afterward. For a platform that seems to want to replace multiple apps, its note-taking tools are very lacking. The calendar is another feature that still needs a lot of work. I can show start and end times on tasks but I can't properly schedule an appointment that connects to a task. There's also no clear way to separate tasks from meetings or appointments. It really should allow that distinction, include a notes section for meetings and then let those notes connect back to an existing or new task later. On top of that, the Apple Calendar sync is very poor. At this point, I mostly use it just for task management and avoid the calendar, note-taking and several other features because it tries to cover too much and a lot of those extra tools just aren't done well.

“Vast variety of features”
Pros
It comes packed with plenty of features that help make workflows more organized, manageable and efficient.
Cons
Getting comfortable with it takes time because the learning curve is pretty steep and it took our whole team a while to fully understand how to use it.

“documents and tasks at one spot”
Pros
Having so many features built into one platform is a big advantage especially since it can potentially replace several other business apps. Keeping documents and tasks together in the same place, with the ability to connect them, is incredibly useful. I also manage tasks across different departments and teams so being able to link related tasks adds a lot of value for me.
Cons
it can be really slow. It seems like the app is trying to handle and load so much at once that it struggles to keep up.

“Fast implementation”
Pros
Implementation was really simple and organizing tasks and statuses feels very user-friendly. I've used other apps before but this one still seems like the fastest to set up while offering all the features I need for project management.
Cons
I'd still want a quicker way to arrange columns in the board view, maybe with some kind of dedicated edit mode.

“Clickup makes teamwork click”
Pros
Working with people across different departments is much easier with it because it lets you track a project through every stage. It's very simple to use and it's the kind of tool you end up loving pretty quickly.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any complaints. Everything from the interface to the user-friendly design works really well for me.

“More functionality at less price”
Pros
Compared with similar tools, this one offers more functionality at a much more reasonable price and the onboarding process is excellent.
Cons
That all-in-one approach is probably one of its biggest strengths too but personally I'm not really a fan of using a single tool to handle everything.

“Feels natural”
Pros
Getting started with it feels very natural especially for beginners since the interface is user-friendly and simple to understand.
Cons
It can start to feel a little messy if there isn't a solid organization system in place because the tool is very permissive in how you set things up.

“improved my workflow”
Pros
Creating recurring task checklists is very convenient and it's simple to tag teammates, leave comments and send messages tied to a specific project. It has really helped improve my workflow since I can keep my calendar organized, handle scheduling and track how much time I spend on each task. There are also plenty of customizable templates for different kinds of projects and setting goals for projects or individual tasks is simple.
Cons
The platform comes with so many features and settings that a lot of them feel unnecessary or confusing at first. That can make the learning curve pretty steep for new users. For a tool that's supposed to save time, it definitely takes a while to get comfortable with especially if you're not very tech-savvy. Still, once you learn how to navigate it and make use of the many customization options, it turns into a very solid piece of software.

“Full of potential”
Pros
I used it for a short period and even in that time it was clear the app offers plenty of resources. It has a lot of possibilities and feels very user-friendly to work with.
Cons
Based on the time I spent with it, I think it would be useful to have some kind of control and history for my activities. It would also be interesting if activities could be saved.
