Keeping products well organized and separated, along with the built-in time tracking reports, makes it much easier to monitor hours across different projects.

At times, bugs stick around longer than they should before getting fixed. It also tends to use a lot of computer memory while running.

Pros

Keeping up with projects, tasks and daily work feels incredibly satisfying with it. It helps me stay focused on the actual work instead of spending energy figuring out how to organize everything. There's also something oddly rewarding about finishing a task and moving it into the completed column in it, it genuinely lifts my mood.

Filtering on the boards could be improved. It feels a little more complicated than it needs to be and that's really the only downside on my end.

It has been one of the best project management tools I've used. It's simple to work with and simple to navigate, while still offering plenty of features for planning, managing and tracking tasks with a team. To be honest, using it has helped me become more productive overall.

I haven't noticed any important feature missing. That said like any software, it should keep evolving with new updates and improvements over time as user needs continue to grow.

Getting it set up without outside help is nearly impossible. The ClickUp resources are difficult to put into practice and the training doesn't cover the kind of support I actually need.

Right from the start, it offers a practical way to organize different kinds of activities, whether for work, personal matters or anything else and that was one of the first things that caught my attention and felt useful.

Getting comfortable with it was difficult. It was only available in English and it didn't sync properly with my Google accounts which made it frustrating to register tasks and keep them available across my devices.

It has been really helpful for organizing and planning my daily work. It keeps my tasks and schedule in one place and when I connect it to my calendar, it reminds me about recurring meetings and repeated tasks. I can follow my work timeline, stay aware of due dates and track what I need to finish each day, almost like a more effective to-do list. I also like that it shows reminders at the start of the day which helps me work smarter and stay on top of everything. The mobile app is another big plus because I can check updates and see what's new even when I'm away from my laptop. Overall, it's an amazing platform and app.

Something I'd like to see improved is the visual side of it especially with more attractive emojis and stickers so it feels more fun and expressive. I've also noticed some problems with the notification refresh since the list is not always ordered by the most recent updates.

This tool became part of our team's daily workflow by making task distribution much more organized. It offers a wide range of features that support all kinds of work, including project management, task tracking, marketing planning, setting deadlines and more.

At the same time, having so many features can make the interface feel less user-friendly. There are moments when figuring out how to complete certain actions is difficult because of the large number of buttons and prompts on the screen.

So easy to operate and that's a big plus. It comes packed with plenty of features that make task management much more manageable. Anyone who needs to monitor their tasks and stay on top of follow-ups can use it without much trouble. The notification system is also really helpful since it sends alerts to your phone for new emails, messages and tasks in the app which helps make sure nothing important gets overlooked.

The part I wasn't happy with was the UI at the time (around Q3 2021) especially because the management options were not very easy to locate. It can also turn into a bit of a cluttered mess once you've created and completed thousands of tasks.

it feels pretty natural and it offers a solid mix of features without becoming overly complicated. There's plenty of room to customize it to fit different users and the automations can handle fairly advanced workflows when needed.

Email notification system could definitely be better. I regularly receive duplicate emails and it also tends to send notifications for my own replies to comments.

Compared with other full-featured project management tools, this one offers a similarly complete setup and I really appreciated having a Gantt view alongside the usual list and board options, plus built-in time tracking. It can be adapted to different workflows by turning features on or off, whether that's time tracking, effort estimates, due dates, priorities, subtasks or dependencies. There are also other useful options like workload management although that requires a higher-tier plan than the one I'm currently using.

There are quite a few small to medium bugs. Most of the time they can be worked around by retrying, searching again or doing a quick repeat action but they're still a genuine issue and I'm hoping the product becomes more polished over time.

It feels like the project management system I would have built myself after not finding anything else that really matched what I needed. It was quick to set up, simple to work with, made project tracking simple and included everything our team was looking for.

One thing to watch is how deep you go with subtasks because if you nest them too much, things can start to get buried and be missed.

It comes with a wide range of features. The company itself feels ambitious, entrepreneurial, idea-driven and focused on growth, with big goals they're clearly trying to achieve. I do believe the product will keep getting better over time. Their customer support is also excellent. The features I appreciate most are the custom fields, automations and toggle switches especially for collapsing and expanding lists or text inside tasks and documents.

It's hard to know where to begin. It has a major customer experience problem. It's pretty clear the company has been prioritizing growth and expansion but they missed the part where the product should be fully nailed down before scaling. There are plenty of features but it often feels like none of them work especially well and too much of the platform comes across as low-quality, poorly thought out or badly designed. They promote features in a way that gets you excited to try them but once you do, they turn out to be inefficient, missing from the app or unreliable through integrations. There always seems to be some kind of issue with whatever they release. At times, it genuinely makes you question whether they use their own software. Very little feels fast, user-friendly or polished.
