There are a lot of options built into the software which gives it a really flexible and capable feel.

The support team wasn't very responsive and being told to rely on a third-party solution was frustrating. At times, the platform could also feel a bit complicated to work through.

It feels incredibly complete, with a wide range of features that help project managers handle just about any kind of project efficiently. Being able to organize work through separate spaces, folders and lists, along with the available automations and templates, makes it one of the strongest project management tools I've used.

The time tracking tool still has room to improve. At the moment, it almost feels necessary to rely on a third-party app for managing and generating time reports.

Getting jobs and tasks finished quickly is much easier with this app and the collaboration features help everything stay on track and get done on time. I've been able to organize and improve tasks across my household and we also use it to keep my arts and crafts business running efficiently.

The only thing it's really missing is having all my friends on the software too.

It has basically taken the place of all the main project management and tracking tools I used before like Trello, Notion and others. The interface looks really nice and the tabs are simple to move through. I use a lot of its features every day especially for tracking daily tasks, writing notes in documents and running marketing campaigns. It handles my heavy workload really well and the biggest advantage is having everything in one place instead of jumping between different apps for every task.

Since it brings together so many major productivity tools and really improves workflow, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. Getting everything set up the way you want takes time and that can be confusing for new users. You really have to spend some time exploring and figuring out which functions you need before getting fully started. Still, it's not a dealbreaker at all. ClickUp has become one of our favorite tools and now we use it for just about everything.

Managing work progress with it feels simple and the setup is flexible enough to match different project environments. We can create custom columns based on how our team works, move tasks from one status to another without hassle and assign tasks to anyone quickly.

It keeps everything organized in one place which makes managing work much more convenient. It works really well for handling projects, people, tasks, notes and documents all within the same platform. You can create tasks, projects, docs and notes, share them with others, assign work to specific people and keep everything moving without needing multiple tools. It's a very powerful, feature-packed system that fits businesses of any size. The layout is simple to work with and the reminder feature for projects is especially helpful for staying on top of deadlines. Definitely highly recommended.

Updates come out often and the platform itself has a very clean look. At this point, I really don't have any complaints.

From the interface and overall design to deployment, support and training, it ranks very highly for me. Being able to run so much of the organization from one platform is a huge plus. I also enjoy the wide selection of themes and the part I value most is how much freedom there is to adjust templates and create spaces tailored to my company's workflow as well as my clients' needs.

Kanban view only works for top-level projects. It would be much better if Kanban boards were also available deeper within a project's more detailed structure.

Keeping up with ongoing and new tasks in my business is much more manageable with this tool. It was clearly designed to be convenient and user-friendly which makes it simple to work with day to day. About every couple of weeks, I receive ClickUp updates from my team on the current status and that helps keep everything moving forward.

This has been an excellent tool for handling projects, tasks and bug tracking. The "Goal" feature is especially useful because it lets me see all the activities that contribute toward completing a goal. I use it every day and it really supports remote work and collaboration across teams. It also makes it easier to monitor work and activities over time. I'd definitely recommend it.

@mentions add a more social feel to the workspace which can make collaboration feel more connected. The downside is that it gets cluttered fast and we ended up dealing with a lot of noise from mentions, side conversations and virtual water-cooler chat without much real progress getting made.

Despite what they promise, it still falls short in a few important areas like authentication, asset sharing and analytics or ROI tracking. They'll say those features are coming soon but waiting for them to catch up doesn't make much sense when other tools already offer what's needed. Sticking around in the meantime just feels like a waste of time and effort.

Among project and task management platforms, this has to be one of the most complete, maybe even overly complex, tools I've come across. It offers just about every view and format you can imagine, including some you wouldn't even think to ask for until you see them.

One design choice in this software is a real head-scratcher. It seems to treat reminders as a separate system instead of building them naturally into task due dates. If I have a task to prepare and submit a document by the 10th and it's only the 1st, I need reminders before the 10th so I actually have time to do the work. That's how most project management tools handle it, you get notified in advance so you can be ready by the deadline. When you're juggling a large number of active tasks, only being notified on the actual due date creates a serious issue. It's approach ends up making something simple feel unnecessarily complicated especially when you're managing lots of different tasks across multiple projects and lists.
