“Offers more than basic task tracking

Pros

The interface of ClickUp is quite appealing to me. It's predominantly white background with subtle splashes of color creates a visually pleasing and uncluttered design.

Cons

It is a bit complicated. I mostly use it for personal tasks, and even after attending multiple training sessions, I am not sure if I am getting the most out of it especially since I don't share it with a team.

Pros

I personally love ClickUp's interface. It is modern, colorful and pretty easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. Plus the built-in notes and various templates make it even more useful, which is a big plus for me.

Cons

What really bothers me is the clutter. I wish there was something like bases, similar to Airtable, to keep tasks and documents more organized. It would make things so much easier to access. Also the folder system feels a bit messy and the last time I tried using formulas, I had a hard time figuring them out.

ClickUp has all the features I need, plus a great overview and solid calendar integration. I especially like the dashboard view and the calculation options as they make things a lot more organized and efficient.

Cons

This might not be the best option for beginners looking for something simple. Plus, the free version is missing some features that I really need.

I really like how easy it is to link tasks to goals right from the goal page. However it would be even better if I could open a goal and instantly see which tasks are tied to it for the day.

Setting up this tool is pretty complicated, and the learning curve feels steeper than other platforms. Maybe it's because they are trying to do too much at once. Also the constant upselling can get annoying, and their customer service isn't the best. I got a quick response after filling out the contact form, but when I raised concerns about the upselling, it took days to get a proper reply.
