While ClickUp integrates with various third-party apps additional integrations or functionalities with specific essential apps would be appreciated. The software's richness in features led to a learning curve when I was a new user requiring time to become accustomed to the extensive options and customization settings.

We rely on ClickUp to effectively manage and keep track of all our projects, including alumni outreach, grant writing, and planning internship and exchange programs. It has significantly contributed to my organizational skills and enabled seamless collaboration on group projects.

One minor issue with ClickUp is that when I make changes to a project, such as adjusting deadlines or adding tasks, the system does not always update instantly to reflect those changes. Some team members were initially hesitant to fully adopt ClickUp, as they found the current system sufficient for their needs.

It's highly customizable so you can tailor it to the way your team works and it also comes with strong functionality plus useful integrations with other tools.

There is a bit of a learning curve so you'll need to spend some time getting familiar with it to use it properly.

Quick and easy to use on both desktop and mobile. The different views make it highly customizable and I use the built-in weekly Sprint planning a lot which is incredibly convenient.

Sometimes when tasks are added or updated, the changes take a while to show up so I have to refresh the page and there are occasional bugs.

Pros

The dashboards are one of my favorite parts of ClickUp. They're quick to set up and give you plenty of options to see exactly what you need for a specific project. On top of that they're shareable, customizable and easy to move or transfer when needed.

Cons

One thing I'd still love to see is the ability to edit comments and have those changes update in Slack automatically.

Pros

ClickUp adds a lot of value, not just for a company but also for freelance work with different clients. The first time you open it, it can feel a bit complicated but once you spend some time learning how it works, you realize you should have started using it much sooner.

Cons

Well the part I didn't enjoy as much was the user experience. It could definitely be made more user friendly and adding some AI to guide users through the setup and configuration would make the whole process much better.
