Great document collection but it could be a 5/5 software with a few improvements
Pros

I find the process of collecting documents efficient and I like the ability to personalize how my clients view them.

Cons

It would be great if there was a way to sync our Adobe account with Clustdoc which allows us to edit PDFs directly within Clustdoc without the need to re upload and re implement merge fields every time we make changes to a contract. Managing 27 different processes becomes time-consuming. As an immigration firm this feature is especially important for us as we could save a significant amount of time by adding editable merge fields (without requiring a signature, as USCIS doesn't allow e-signatures). Additionally, when adding an additional process to an existing application, the checklist and file sharing of the new process don't transfer over, and it would be beneficial if there was a way to make the new process the dominant one. Lastly, since we often handle processes for multiple family members, it would be helpful to have a way to connect family members, eliminating the need to ask the same questions repeatedly during our intake. For example, if we have a family of three (mom, dad, and child) and each person has their own application, it would be ideal if the system could automatically detect the family members and autofill their information. Finally, integrating Square for payment would be fantastic, as it is our preferred merchant.

Pros

The combination of an intuitive concept and excellent execution is impressive. It is a white labeled product that provides building blocks for a customized and powerful onboarding process. It is robust in every aspect, and I haven't encountered many (if any) bugs so far.

Cons

There are a few minor formatting issues, particularly with number formatting that could be improved. Especially in the form building section.

Easy Application Processing & Client Onboarding

The accept/reject feature for documents is extremely useful especially for web development projects. It saves us a significant amount of time and eliminates the hassle of back-and-forth emails. Additionally, the user interface is neatly organized, and the customer service is top-notch.

I really like tha fact that it looks like a checklist to my clients, while each task can be a different element, such as a form, link, task or document.

Cons

The price is quite high especially considering the limited additional functionality provided.

Excellent platform to onboard client, manage documents
Pros

Customers can effortlessly submit documents, fill out forms and sign legal contracts. They can also communicate and send additional documents. The inclusion of Google and other storage features, as well as payment integration, is fantastic. This has become our all-in-one CRM and document management platform.

Cons

The online form creation tool could use some improvement although they have added more features over the past year. They are also quick to respond to inquiries.

Clustdoc offers us a professional approach to onboard our clients and new employees.

Cons

Some clients have expressed concerns about electronic signatures, particularly with the verification method. They don't always receive the confirmation email containing the code immediately, which they need to enter within a set timeframe. We have also encountered issues with the e-signature form fields not aligning properly with our original design.

I had high hopes that it would help me streamline the onboarding process for new employees, providing them with a centralized portal that offers a great user experience. Unfortunately I was mistaken!

Cons

There is a lack of logic and the user experience is extremely poor. It feels less logical than software from the 1990s. What is worse is that the fill-in fields in PDF documents for e-signatures are always shifted from their intended positions. So, aside from being illogical and incomplete, it is essentially useless for e-signatures and document collection. I would advise staying away from it.

Cons

There is a wide range of functionalities available to facilitate customer management. Such as creating online forms, establishing a customer portal with a personalized URL or integrating it into an existing website and tracking files 100% online. It also includes features like reviving late customers, automatic call backs, monitoring progress in file collection, online signatures (e-signatures), document recognition (e.g., identity cards), automatic conversion of client-submitted documents into PDF, tracking the status of each document (approved or refused), enabling customers to track the progress of their files online, allowing teams to collaborate with external parties (e.g., legal), accepting online payments, customizing Clust with your logo and SMTP, and much more.

Cons

So far, I haven't encountered any issues but integrating the customer portal on a website could use some improvement (not in iframe mode). However, the Clust teams always surprise me with new features so I believe this aspect will likely be enhanced.

Collecting Client Content with ease
Pros

As the owner of a marketing agency, my primary use of Clust is to guide my clients through an onboarding process where I gather all the necessary information to kickstart their projects. This includes their business details, media/logo files and questionnaires. Clust makes this process incredibly smooth making sure a smooth experience when collecting any information or files.

Cons

Initially, the forms had a few bugs but they've been completely repaired and are now excellent.

The client onboarding process has become simple and hassle free with the Clust. Additionally, they offer a digital signature feature.

Cons

There is nothing specific to mention, but the form's UI/UX feels quite outdated, reminiscent of the 70s, without the advanced features like oembbed or partial save available in Typeform or Paperform-based UI and UX. Additionally, it would be great if they could provide a form to PDF and online document creator, similar to what most competitors offer.

Great Business Document Workflow software
Pros

Clustdoc provides an exceptionally detailed way to configure business documents and create workflows for payment collection, complete with various checks and data types. The platform offers one of the most secure services for collecting documents. We utilize it for our real estate and education clients.

Cons

The end-user navigation could still be improved a bit further. However, considering the consistent improvements month over month, I believe a better user experience will be achieved soon.

Sharing documents, sending reminders and requesting completed applications become quite simple with the help of Clust

Cons

No issues at all. I liked all the features. It would be even better if the limitation of 300 active applications could be increased. Also having a mobile app with a dashboard to monitor all applications would be great.

I really like the flexibility and ease of use offered by this product. As a small service company, each of us wears multiple hats and we don't have the budget for a full-time IT person or computer expert. With the available tutorials and website resources, we were able to set it up quickly and start using it without any hassle.

Cons

So far, we have no complaints regarding what we use Clust for. While it's primarily designed for onboarding scenarios, we use it for client interactions during large contracts or services involving a diverse portfolio with decision makers spread across multiple states. It also enables us to provide standardized information to individual properties that may not have access to all the necessary details.

Simple and easy if you only need a few features
Pros

Creating forms, questions and a login area for customers, tracking progress, setting up email reminders and integrating it seamlessly into a website are all very easy with Clust. If your business requires form collection and you don�t prefer or you hate the back and forth emails, this is a tool that can be a fantastic solution for you. I have recommended it to several clients and it has proven to be highly effective for a headhunter who needs resumes, recommendation letters, cover letters, pictures, transcripts and more. Another client with a a lot of question and review process found that Clust eliminates the need for endless email exchanges. The interface is clean and user-friendly, providing clarity throughout the entire process.

Cons

It lacks many 'aesthetic' features such as dividing the form into two columns and it also lacks more advanced capabilities like an API to integrate mass email services (e.g., Mailchimp).

Finally, I have found a software that simplifies the onboarding process, replacing the need for constant email tracking and providing me with real time updates on the status. No more searching through emails for logins or documents.

Cons

Although we can create our own templates, it would be beneficial to have more prebuilt templates for a wider range of industries. However, they did include templates for web design rebuilds which saved us a tremendous amount of time since we utilize those.

Necessary Onboarding and SOP tool

Clust is an essential tool for enhancing any type of process. We primarily use it for onboarding and automating this process. Being a B2B focused company, we need to gather a significant amount of data at the start of our work. Previously, we experienced numerous challenges with back and forth emails, misunderstandings and chaotic situations. With Clust, everything has become much easier. We simply establish our standard operating procedures, assign the customer and that's it! The app takes care of tracking and even notifies the customer. If you run a business, this is a must-have!

Cons

The only thing I dislike is the per process portal. Ideally, it should be a per customer portal which would make things even easier and in my opinion, more logical. Nevertheless, I consider Clust an essential tool and this is a minor detail that I am confident will be addressed soon.

Exponential Potential yet Already Amazing
Pros

There are minimal, if any limitations when it comes to creating templates with Clust. They are already GDPR compliant,which means they meet stringent security and data encryption standards, especially important for us in the U.S. The customer support is top-notch, and there are abundant learning resources available for mastering their platform.

Cons

I wish they had HIPAA compliance, although GDPR replaces it. However, I was informed that they are working on securing HIPAA which makes this a no-brainer deal for me, especially for medical records and forms.

It is perfect for onboarding clients and even for receiving applications when I was hiring someone. The founder is very responsive and the support team is fantastic. Having unlimited applications is definitely a bonus.

Cons

I absolutely love the ability to have my clients fill out a form, log off and then log back in to continue updating the form. This was a struggle for my clients when I was using Google Forms for onboarding.

Cons

When developing a form it is very frustrating to rearrange fields. This aspect definitely needs improvement especially since I'm considering transferring some of my Google forms to Clust.

Unbelievabel product for on-boarding client and customising the experience.
Pros

I can personalize each required item from the client and incorporate a digital fact finding process. It is compatible with mobile devices and automated reminders are in place.

Cons

While building a form, it would be perfect if I could 'duplicate' questions with all the formatting. We created a medical capture form that requires repeating the same questions multiple times, and it's time-consuming to write them individually each time.

Clust saves me a huge amount of time by eliminating the need to search for correct file versions to send to clients and keeping track of completed and returned documents. The ability to create form templates allows for easy compilation of information in PDF format. Having a custom domain and SMTP emails enhances the trust and professionalism of my business. The support team has been outstandingly responsive.

Cons

It would be better if I could customize terms like "Applications." When creating a form it can be quite challenging to move items up and down a long list. It would also be beneficial if collaborators could view only selected files instead of everything.

Its potential lies in the hands of the Clust team, who are yet to deliver the promised Customer Portal. Currently, it only consists of landing pages with forms.

Cons

It's disappointing that Clust hasn't delivered the promised Customer Portal yet. This portal would allow customers to access a page where they can find their forms to fill out and download their completed deliverables, organized by project. Unfortunately, this feature has not been developed yet.

Pros

This software has truly saved me a significant amount of time. It allows me to send mass emails to my clients requesting specific information at designated times throughout the month which has been incredibly beneficial.

Cons

Nice software that can be used for lots of different purposes
Pros

What I love most about Clust is the ability to create reusable templates while also having the flexibility to customize individual applications based on a template. Sorting incoming applications into folders for better organization and project overview is another feature I really like. Whenever I encountered an issue the support team responded promptly, displayed a genuine willingness to help and persisted until the problem was resolved.

Cons

Initially, the term "application" was a bit confusing to me. I would prefer a more general term like "project" as they use in their help center explanation. It would make it clearer that it can be suitable for various sectors, projects, and processes.
