The ease of a Confluence User

Pros

The wellstructured layout of Confluence presents information precisely as needed. Customized sites within our internal platform facilitate navigation and search which is a significant advantage.

Cons

To manage a Confluence instance effectively especially after inheriting a user's site I recommend establishing an admin team to handle permissions and access as these aspects can quickly become complex. While I haven't directly dealt with permissions setting global and local rules is a prudent starting point.
