As a Product Owner my use of Confluence is closely tied to Jira making it a valuable tool for documentation and knowledge management. It allows developers to document user stories and link them to Jira tickets facilitating quick access to information even on older topics. Additionally its an excellent platform for project management and collaborative work.
Cons
The export feature could be improved as it tends to mess up formatting when exporting Confluence pages into Word or PDF.
