The brain of our organization

Pros

Confluence is a vital system for various business aspects serving as the central knowledge store. Its integration with Jira enhances its capabilities making it a powerful tool for creating interactive and engaging documents that empower users.

Cons

Atlassian offers a marketplace of apps for Jira and Confluence providing additional features and integrations. It's incredibly frustrating that you can't purchase licenses only for users needing the app. For instance with 100+ Confluence users across various teams buying licenses for all users when only developers want a $10/user/month app becomes cost-prohibitive.
