Pros
It has great add-ons and is easy to learn. The app is simple to teach others making it a fantastic tool for project management.
Cons
The view is stuck at phone size when I use it on my phone. It might be user error but it would be great if I could switch to a computer-based view.

So convenient to connect with all my employees at once. Plus it has saved us from the paperwork and turned our documents and policies digital which is a huge time-saver.
Cons
I think the scheduler is a little complex. I often have to exit and come back in because it freezes.

The interface is clean and logical. As a manager I love being able to see when my staff have viewed posts and made updates.
Cons
They make you pay for upgrades but it's easy to access both on the phone and desktop. It's great for adding forms, manuals and memos for the staff.

Pros
Chat feature makes communication with my colleagues simple. The forms are not complicated and the time tracking and time-off functions are clear and efficient.
Cons
I couldn't edit forms after submission previously but they've been updated and now everything works fine.

Pros
Setting up the app was pretty easy and customer support made it even simpler. They're quick, personal and we've never had an issue that they couldn't fix with a fast reply.
Cons
Like any software, it has some limitations for specific needs in our business. It also has extra functions we could use but they're part of a bigger plan that we don't use enough to justify the extra cost right now.

The customer support has been amazing. It's helped us track our employees' time and tasks. Scheduling, time-off requests and shift trades are all really easy to manage.
Cons
We had to upgrade every time we wanted something. The different service tiers can be confusing and frustrating.

Pros
I love that its a complete system with scheduling, rosters, clocking in and out, timesheets, user access and even a spot to store each user's info and docs. The task management and chat features are also super convenient especially being able to upload receipts through chat.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints about Connecteam. It's a wonderful app and I've really enjoyed using it.

Found the platform to be really user-friendly. I can easily access it and track our employees' clock-ins/outs. We've been using it for some time now and haven't faced any major issues.
Cons
Occasionaly my employees have trouble logging in but it's almost always resolved quickly.

Appreciate the variety of features especially the Calendar, Time Clock and Courses. I also find the recorded webinars really helpful.
Cons
At times chats don't work causing delays in communication so we end up using other platforms. We also noticed that images within courses don't stay linked.

It's so user friendly and the dashboard is well structured. I love how admins get updates and detailed information especially since we're based outside of PH.
Cons
It would be really helpful to see leave requests in a calendar view as an admin. This feature is currently missing.

My staff stay much more connected with the key things we want them to know compared to when we were using When I Work. Its simpler and our staff is more engaged than before.
Cons
Would've been nice if there were more features without needing to upgrade. For instance I'd love to add more locations to the timeclock without upgrading. We have many job sites and marketing events where staff can't clock in so we manually add their hours after the shift.

Ideal for remote teams. It combines everything you need including scheduling, time tracking, communication, training and task management into one easy-to-use app. No need for five different tools anymore.
Cons
Free plan is decent but to get advanced tools, you'll need to upgrade. That's to be expected but it can be frustrating when a feature you need is just out of reach.
