desktop version is convenient

Pros

I find it really easy to use the desktop version to adjust timesheets, set up schedules and check availability.

Cons

As a manager I find the app not as easy to use as the desktop version but I do enjoy the convenience of using the app on the go.

Simple once you understand it

Pros

Once you get the hang of it, keeping up with work tasks, scheduling and training is not an issue.

Cons

The workflow can sometimes feel repetitive with extra steps that could probably be avoided with a simpler method.

great for delivery

Pros

It is easy to use for delivery and tracking everyone in one place. I especially love the GPS route tracking because it helps keep everyone accountable.

Cons

One thing I don't like about Connecteam is that I can't upload my own forms and keep the original format intact.

no issues for first time users

Pros

Found it user friendly. First-time users can quickly find their shifts and figure out where to clock in.

Cons

When using Schedule Builder and editing shifts, sometimes the shifts don't appear unless I switch to a different day and then return. Posting shifts through the mobile app can also be hit or miss.

Love everything so far

Pros

What I love about Connecteam is how easy it is to use. The help is right there whenever I need it. Time tracking is not complicated and I appreciate the customization options.

Cons

I haven't found anything I dislike so far. We're still setting everything up but I'm excited to see how the first payroll goes.

Customer support is very helpful and they provide one-on-one training for our admin team. After the training, they even send follow-up emails to confirm what we learned.

Cons

Pros

I like how cooperative their team is and the app is easy to use. There are lots of helpful videos and my staff finds it simple to use as well.

Cons

Being in Australia and charged in USD is a bit annoying. The app can sometimes be buggy but it's usually sorted out quickly which is good.

Smooth and easy to use system. Switching between modules is quick making daily team management a lot easier for me.

Cons
