Easy for remote workers

Pros

Connecteam has been a game-changer for managing our remote, out-of-country employee. They find it incredibly simple to log their hours from anywhere which eliminates the usual back-and-forth. For us the ability to effortlessly track their progress and project contributions not only builds trust but also makes us feel like a truly integrated team, despite the distance

Cons

I don't have any issues with it right now. Everything is working fine and I'm satisfied with it.

amazing geotracking feature

Pros

It is super simple for my team and me to use. I especially enjoy the scheduling feature which lets me reuse last week's plan for the new one. The geotracking and geofencing features are awesome too.

Cons

The app works great overall and I don't really have many complaints. However I'd love it if they added a feature that automatically tracks mileage for drivers since they already track their locations. They just need to use that data.

great experience so far!

Pros

We turned to Connecteam to schedule our team and track hours since it works so well with Google Calendar. The extra features like task management for shifts and team chats are fantastic. It's been a great experience, just what we were looking for.

Cons

I haven't had any issues with Connecteam. It meets our needs and every user can easily access what they need.

Easy to use system

Pros

It is really easy to use. My team picks up new processes quickly and I love how user-friendly it is.

Cons

I'd love to see if Connecteam could integrate with other tools we use like Workhub or Abadata.

Lets us monitor our sales reps

Pros

Being able to track our sales reps in real time is a huge bonus especially at such a low price. We can see their routes and make sure they're covering the right areas.

Cons

One thing I'd like to see is a feature that tracks the number of days worked as our company pays by days, not hours. Right now it only counts hours.

appreciate the messaging feature

Pros

Sharing information with the team is so easy. The messaging feature is great and I love that I can see all messages in one spot.

Cons

Occasionally the app takes a bit longer to load. I'm not sure if it's due to the many moving parts on the screen.

Helpful support team

Pros

Both admins and staff find it simple to use. As newcomers, we had many questions but the AI and live support team have been super helpful.

Cons

It'd be great if I didn't have to keep switching between admin and user modes to access everything.

full marks for connecteam

Pros

It's great how I can stay on top of my team and make adjustments instantly. I can forecast hours, fill open shifts by opening them up to everyone when needed and handle shifts in advance. This app is awesome. Having round-the-clock customer support is a huge plus too. Everyone's so helpful and friendly. Plus it's affordable. I'd give it a 10 out of 10!

Cons

I really don't have any complaints. I haven't faced any problems and the training videos for both admin and staff are very helpful.

Helps me manage my business

Pros

I really appreciate how Connecteam helps me manage so many parts of my business, both through its app and through integrations.

Cons

There are a few features I'd love to have but it's nice to know they're working on them in upcoming updates. Sometimes it's a little tricky to find or understand some of the settings.

comprehensive solution

Pros

The customer support is top-notch and the platform is super easy to use. It's a complete solution for managing employees from scheduling to time off, clock-ins/outs, forms and even payroll system syncing.

Cons

It took a little while to get the hang of things, mainly because of all the customization options. Also some features are only available if you buy the full platform.

ideal for smaller teams

Pros

Feels like a full solution especially for smaller teams. Timekeeping, timesheets, rewards and training setups are nice features. I also love the knowledge base which keeps all our processes in one place. And the fact that it has an API is a big bonus!

Cons

This tool could get pretty expensive after you move past the free version. Each plan is priced individually and some features that come with the free plan require a more expensive plan even for a small team of 11.

Pros

love the mobile app

Pros

I love how easy it is to use the mobile app. Setting up training videos is simple and watching them is just as easy for my staff.

Cons

I found the website a bit confusing to use. It didn't really match the app view and watching training videos felt like a different experience.

everything at one place

Pros

It combines everything into one app including scheduling, time tracking with GPS and geofencing, messaging, forms, training modules, surveys and employee engagement tools.

Cons

The modular pricing means you're billed separately for different 'hubs' like Operations, Communications and HR & Skills. The costs go up once you move past the free or flat-rate plans especially when your team exceeds 30 users.

Great for team communication

Pros

Overall it's easy to use. I especially like the built-in communication system for my team. There's an update every week that makes it even better.

Cons

There are some glitches here and there. I also wish there were more options based on business needs. My company works on a pickup basis and not all our team members work full time. They pick up shifts as they're available so it's tough being charged per person each month, especially when some only work once or twice a month. Other competitors like StaffConnect offer up to 500 users before requiring an upgrade, which suits staffing agencies like ours.

Pros

It's super simple to handle and there are helpful videos on YouTube if you ever need extra guidance on setting things up or finding something.

Cons

When you upgrade, you lose access to some useful features from the basic plan like the 30-minute discount that's automatically applied.
