We value how it helps us keep project details clear and how we can search and filter information when needed. Over the past year, we've been able to collect work data we never tracked effectively before. It helped us organize time records in a clearer way and the information has guided decisions we plan to make moving forward.
Cons
As a business, we spend a noticeable amount each year and it can be challenging when small features are locked behind separate pricing tiers. It feels like each extra tool bumps us into another plan and those small jumps add up more than we'd like.

Pros
The time card tools are convenient for us. Our staff can clock in, clock out and request vacation time in one place, which makes our scheduling and record keeping feel much more organized.
Cons
Some parts of the interface make it harder for me to quickly spot what I need. I end up clicking around more than I want to and I would prefer if the layout guided me more clearly to certain sections.

New hires are usually able to pick it up quickly when we introduce them to it. I don't end up spending long training sessions walking them through every part because they get comfortable with it soon enough.
Cons
I tend to forget to clock back in after breaks and I wish there was an automatic way to handle that part. It would save me from correcting missed punches later on when I realize I forgot.

I like how flexible the system feels. Being able to build and access training courses within the same platform is a strong benefit for us and it's something I haven't come across often in other options.
Cons
There are moments when the platform slows down or becomes hard for staff to access. When that happens during busy times, it interrupts what we're trying to get done and causes delays.

The biggest thing for me is that it doesn't overcomplicate the work I need to do. I can get in, handle what's required and move on with my day without feeling slowed down.
Cons
