I find something useful in every part of the service. I really enjoy the help desk side and I like the scheduling and chat tools too. I mainly rely on it for HR tasks and I do find value in those. But the pricing setup is the one area that doesn't sit right with me. I just wish it felt clearer or more balanced for what I need.
Cons
