When I started at my current office, they claimed to be paperless, which I doubted. However, with dotloop, it is true, I have no physical files cluttering my workspace anymore. Everything I need is managed effortlessly within dotloop.
Cons
I find dotloop to have a learning curve. Depending on my needs, this curve can be either gentle or steep. While I'm adept at using software and hardware, I can almost fully utilize dotloop.

Cons
Occasionally, clients have trouble finding the email to E-sign because it ends up in their SPAM folder. I always advise them to check there.

Cons
While working on documents, it sometimes jumps back to the first page for no reason after clicking on a text box or signature. I also occasionally face trouble sharing multiple documents because some are shared with a limited group. However, I do not think this should hinder my ability to share a selected group of documents at once.

Cons
The worst part about dotloop is that it is been acquired by Zillow and now shares data with them. As an agent, we input a lot of personal data into this system during transactions.

Being able to connect with clients and share information efficiently is a huge plus for me. Dotloop's thoughtful features make my work easier.
Cons
While working on documents, it sometimes jumps back to the first page for no reason after clicking on a text box or signature. I also occasionally face trouble sharing multiple documents because some are shared with a limited group. However, I do not think this should hinder my ability to share a selected group of documents at once.
