We had a very frustrating experience with Dotloop. The services and capabilities presented during the sales process did not match what was actually delivered. The approach felt very sales-driven—big promises upfront, but far less follow-through once we were in. That disconnect made the entire experience difficult to navigate. Transparency matters in business, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. Proceed with caution and make sure everything is clearly documented before committing.
