Even though I am self-employed, the company I work for needs to track my absences, so I use Edays. It is very convenient to view the entire year and gain a clear understanding of everyone's holidays to avoid clashes.
Cons
Edays does not allow booking holidays with less than 14 days' notice - I think. But actually, it is a great idea as it gives companies time to find cover.
