Pros

It is easy for everyone to use, and as a manager, I appreciate the clear overview it provides of absenteeism.

Cons

Understanding part-time rotas took some time, and additional support videos in this area would be helpful.

Navigating the software is effortless and it is very user-friendly. It meets all our department's needs, and even new employees grasp it quickly.

Cons

There is very little that we have not liked about it, but sometimes after updates, the system may revert or encounter issues that don't affect all users.

We have been using E-days for several months now, and it's been generally trouble-free. When issues arise, usually during initial setup, the technical support team is fantastic, quick and responsive.

Cons

I wish we had asked more questions during the initial set-up; most of our issues are related to how the software was initially configured.

It is very intuitive and easy to understand, so I don't have to constantly explain it to new employees.

The setup process was really long and difficult, and at one point, I almost did not proceed with it because I found the setup too time-consuming.
