I appreciate the ease of use. As an employee, I can swiftly make changes like adjusting tax withholdings or setting up direct deposit within minutes. Despite worrying about a recent change taking effect in time for the next pay period, the customer service promptly resolved the issue.

Cons

the only downside I have faced is occasional long loading times between pages and getting logged out due to timeouts. Otherwise, I've had a smooth experience with no noticeable cons so far.

A great system and platform, but it's more like a service with POS devices than a simple app
Pros

it offers a comprehensive service and platform for managing sales in the field and payment relationships with dealers and third parties. The centralized management of all POS transactions with real-time reports is excellent.

Cons

Setting up the implementation is not straightforward, it will definitely need assistance for configuring the POS, inventory items, and payment rules. It requires some sales doors to make it cost-effective.

Blueforce
Pros

Since September 2014, we have been using Blueforce and are generally pleased with it. It is user-friendly for administrators and most employees find it easy to navigate. Real-time recording and enhanced control over payroll have significantly reduced our errors by 50%.

Cons

One of the drawbacks we have noticed is that Blueforce is not very compatible with Internet Explorer, although it works fine with Chrome. Also, some of the reporting could be improved.

I have found this product to be reliable. Features like advance entry for miscellaneous days and employee self-service for checking vacation/personal time are particularly beneficial.

It is annoying to have to click on a time to enter a note and then wait for it to process before moving on to the next day to enter a note for the same employee.

Due to the environment in the garages, the fingerprint function is not always reliable, leading to employees needing to request their employee numbers constantly. We also face difficulties with the heat and have had to relocate the Walter unit several times.

The fingerprint tracking feature eliminates potential errors in employee punching. It effectively tracks lunch breaks and different pay types, while also simplifying data manipulation.

Cons

There are several issues: it is slow to update after revising entered payroll data, I can not enter a reason in the box when adding a time card, employees' fingerprints are inconsistently read, necessitating multiple re-registrations, and the system needs more frequent updates. Also, I need to switch between time sheets and time cards faster.

Pros

Clocking in and out with EPAY is a breeze. I appreciate being able to monitor my employees' clock-in and clock-out times accurately. Loading vacation time directly into the system is a standout feature for me.

Cons

The system does not recognize fingerprints all the time. Our clocks are in the northeast, and it seems that when it is cold out, the recognition does not work properly.
