“Best software for my needs
Pros
I found the system really user-friendly and easy to set up, with quick onboarding right after the demo. It also does a great job tracking consultant fees and project invoices, making everything much easier to manage.
Cons
I'd love to be able to track proposals versus active projects and I'm looking forward to when that feature becomes available.

“Why factor makes me happy
Pros
It gives me a centralized platform to track employee and project time, manage project budgets and generate accurate invoices without any complexity. It's especially great for smaller offices with creative teams like mine.
Cons
Creating reports tailored to specific needs has sometimes been a bit challenging in Factor. But the support staff has been really helpful in addressing these issues. Like with any software, there are some limitations but I've been able to find workaround solutions most of the time.

“Simple design, powerful results
Pros
It really stands out for being so easy to use compared to other software in the A/E industry, which can often feel cumbersome. The support has been excellent and I love how invoices and reports can be customized to fit our firm's needs..it's a huge improvement over our previous software.
Cons
One feature I miss is the automatic transfer of employee reimbursable expenses to the paid bills, like we had in the previous software. Right now, I have to run an expense report in Factor, then manually enter the expenses in QuickBooks. It's a change in process that will take some getting used to but it could ultimately end up being a preferred way of doing things.
