We use Filestage for all our image, layout and film review processes, both internally and with clients. The software is simple and very much self-explanatory. Even clients who occasionally need to approve images can quickly and intuitively use Filestage. Our approval processes and transparency have greatly improved, thanks to Filestage's significant contribution to our quality assurance efforts.

Cons

I don't have any major complaints. While there are a couple of functions that could further improve the software, I like that new features are gradually being implemented to address user needs.

Filestage does exactly what you expect that too quickly and easily. At its best, it provides a platform for discussions on files in progress and under review. Delving deeper, you discover its powerful customization options.

The mobile version works, but without a dedicated app, it is not as good as the desktop version is.

With approximately 50 users in our team, Filestage makes it super easy and convenient to coordinate our 20 projects.

Since the software is not very new, many of the issues have already been resolved. However, it's not always clear whether a document has multiple pages or not. We had an instance where one reviewer only saw one page and missed three additional pages of a document.
