Filestage is very much easy to use. From the day we start using it, we are hearing only compliments from both our clients and team members. The customer service of the product is quick and responsive, and the UI is clean and simple. The team at Filestage listens to feedback and implements improvements based on user suggestions.

Cons

Slow speeds: Since we heavily rely on Filestage, we have experienced occasional slow load times. Thankfully, it hasn't been a significant issue. - Client confusion: Some clients who aren't as tech-savvy struggle to navigate the platform. However, it's not Filestage's fault honestly. The only feedback we have for them is to make the usage instructions clearer and ensure that the review or approval button is more prominent and clearly indicates its status when pressed.
