The ease of use for both uploading and approving files is the best. Because as an agency, giving the best client experience is essential and the product allow this.

Yest it is more expensive compared to other solutions but if content production is your focus, it is definitely worth the investment.

The software is user-friendly, it has a clear software interface and also it focus on the basic function of the review process. It also offers collaboration among all reviewers and is proudly made in Europe.

I have a few suggestions for improvement: Firstly, it would be great to receive feedback confirmation when reviewers receive the email invitation. Secondly, it would be helpful to have a terminology import feature. Thirdly, more individual customization options for the FileStage experience would be appreciated. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have more flexible package options. Some functions are unnecessary for us, while others are needed more. Lastly, it would be nice to have a feature where reviewers can provide positive feedback, just like receiving a sticker on a test or homework back in school. Some reviewers want to include "nice to have" or "must have" comments, so having a button or option to include this information alongside the review text would be helpful.

It's easy to manage and saves a significant amount of time and even keep you away from the frustration. The entire review process can be done with a single click, thanks to its intuitive operation.

Cons

The project monitoring aspect still needs improvement. It would be better to have more customizable notifications, such as receiving a notification at the end of a project deadline.

I really like the ability to provide comments on different types of projects, such as videos, graphics and written pieces, pinpointing exactly where changes are needed. The user interface is relatively user-friendly, although I might have preferred the previous version.

The email notifications for comments are often delayed. While the latest update has made copying comments easier, the drag and drop interface from the previous version was more straightforward.

The ability to group projects and reviews in various ways, such as folders, review steps and versions, is highly useful. It's also fantastic that you can tag team members, leave comments, and respond, fostering ongoing feedback conversations and facilitating design consensus.

Cons

It would be quite beneficial to have the option to download and upload multiple assets within a review step all at once. Currently, it can be time-consuming to do it one-by-one, especially when dealing with a large number of photos to review.

It's beneficial that everyone can see each others comments, preventing contradictory feedback. The platform is easy to use, promotes collaboration and keeps things organized.

Cons

The new dashboard appears a bit cluttered in the start but it might be because it was new and will take some getting used to. Also it would be helpful to have the ability to move reviewers between stages without inviting them again. Additionally, when opening images, they are not displayed in full crop and require zooming out. It would be convenient to have an option to "archive" images in a specific stage. For example, if we send multiple angles to a client and they choose only three out of six, we could clean up that stage by archiving the unused images while keeping them for future reference if needed.

So far, I haven't encountered any significant issues. My experience has been limited to collaborating with another company, but I would love to have Filestage for our own company as well.

It's easy to collaborate with Filestage, especially since all communications are visible to everyone. This allows for clear visibility on changes made, progress achieved, and the reasons behind them. We've already reduced our review and approval process by more than 20%, and I anticipate further improvements for faster results.

Cons

The only drawback of Filestage is the absence of a dedicated app. Having a mobile app would greatly enhance the usability on mobile devices.
