Very visually-appealing project management tool

Pros

As a supervisor, it's fantastic to delegate tasks and receive notifications once they're completed. The "catch up" feature also helps me stay on track by reminding me of any overdue items.

Cons

Flow lacks compatibility with Mac, and the integration across different platforms (e.g., email) is not seamless.

Flow Review

Pros

One of the main reasons I like Flow is its seamless integration and usability across various digital devices, with the added benefit of human approvals.

Cons

It may not excel in system to system integrations, but it proves highly useful for human interactions within the business flow.

Clear and crisp view of your project state

Pros

With Flow, I can effectively manage project deadlines and productivity. It provides a centralized platform to track progress and manage tasks.

Cons

The presentation of bug replication is not clear. Also it would benefit from more interactive report generation for managers.

No more messy to-do lists!

Pros

Flow is an incredibly smart tool. Its capacity to store a wide range of tasks under different teams is impressive, especially when working with numerous clients. Proper categorization is important for us, and Flow excels in that aspect. The ability to have recurring tasks is a real lifesaver! What I love the most is the flexibility it offers, allowing me to schedule recurring tasks on specific dates of the month, daily, weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, yearly, and more.

Cons

One drawback I've noticed about Flow is that previous updates brought significant changes to the user interface which requires some time to adapt. However, they do provide excellent tutorial videos to explain any modifications.

One of the best I've used

Pros

Essentially, I like everything about Flow. I thoroughly enjoyed participating in the beta testing and providing feedback. The Chat feature within the product was fantastic (though the mobile app wasn't as smooth). The interface, filtering options, search functionality for both old and new tasks, team, project, and task organization, all of it was excellent. I also liked the option to choose between browser and app access.

Cons

The mobile apps are a letdown. While the desktop experience is fantastic, I expected the same level of user-friendliness on mobile, but it lacked the ease of navigation I desired.

I've been searching very long for an app like this

Pros

It took us some time to find, but eventually we stumbled upon this app that precisely meets our needs. Assigning tasks is easy, monitoring their completion is simple and attaching files that are automatically saved in the cloud is also not a problem anymore.

Cons

Sometimes, the design can be a bit confusing, and there is room for improvement in the smartphone application.

Ebbs and Flows of Flow...

Pros

Flow simplifies the process of assigning tasks, setting dates and facilitating communication among colleagues for specific tasks.

Cons

In terms of aesthetics, this app lacks the sophistication of others when it comes to visualizing tasks, progress and upcoming events. Specifically, it only displays task dates without any progress tracking.

The Project Management Software I've Been Looking For

Pros

The flexibility to switch between different views is fantastic. I particularly like the catch up feature.

Cons

Initially, it may seem a bit complex, but as you spend more time with it, it becomes more intuitive.

Better than Trello or Asana

Pros

I love the ability to create subtasks within my tasks, complete with dates and descriptions. The organization of my tasks and projects surpasses any other task management software I've used.

Cons

The timeline feature has significant potential for improvement, both in terms of filtering and viewing when multiple individuals are involved.

Easy to use project management software.

Pros

Flow is excellent for effectively organizing teams on a smaller scale. The cost is reasonable considering the value it provides. It's user friendly and well structured!

Cons

Flow interface became less user-friendly with the latest update. It took me some time to reorient myself. I would suggest having a single homepage that consolidates all notifications, chats and other information in one easily accessible place, similar to a newsfeed.

Very simple featured communication and task management tool for startup

Pros

The UI has a modern and minimalist design that helps maintain the application's standard. What's great is that the same subscription includes both task management and team chat functionalities.

Cons

The pricing is not conducive to startups, as there is no free version available in the application. Additionally, the app onboarding process could be improved.

A bit clunky, but does the job as a task management tool for teams

Pros

It's a capable task management system that ticks off all the necessary boxes. I can tag other users to involve them and assign tasks, set up subtasks within projects, leave comments and more. Its price is also qute reasonable for small teams.

Cons

It notably lacks ease of use. I often find that tasks take longer to complete in Flow because I'm uncertain about where to navigate within the app. While this issue would diminish with more experience, it highlights the need for improved user experience (UX) to ensure natural and intuitive usage. I don't believe it surpasses Asana in any aspect, especially considering that Asana is free for up to 15 people.

Helping to think bigger

Pros

The option to use kanban boards and lists when creating projects caters to various project requirements. Being able to set task deadlines, delegate responsibilities and subscribe to updates significantly simplifies project management.

Cons

I've encountered occasional glitches with the MacOS application. Despite regular updates, there are instances where adding a quick note takes longer than expected.

Put simply, it works. We are a company of remote staff, meeting only once per week. Flow is crucial.

Pros

Adding and updating projects is far from being a chore now. Also many similar services make administrative tasks a pain, but Flow keeps it to a minimum.

Cons

We chose Flow for several reasons, one being the inclusion of a gantt chart that other similar software lacks. However, it would greatly enhance our experience if we could print/export gantt charts from Flow. Hopefully, this will be addressed in future updates.

Among the best project management tools I've used

Pros

After trying out several other project management tools like Teamwork and Trello, I can confidently say that I am a fan of Flow. It requires minimal training (I jumped right in), boasts a beautiful interface and offers an abundance of features. My favorite feature is the "catch-up" functionality, which helps me stay on top of my tasks.

Cons

Finding tasks that have been reassigned to others is difficult. While there is a "delegate" feature that allows you to see tasks you delegated, there's no easy way to locate tasks you simply reassigned. Additionally, the notifications for "catch-up" can become overwhelming at times.

Helpful for productivity, but missing a main element.

Pros

When collaborating with a team that isn't always physically together, this tool proves to be immensely helpful for assigning and keeping track of projects and tasks.

Cons

Currently, I can only assign a task to one person which makes it challenging to ensure multiple individuals have it on their personal task lists when collaborating. For now, I have to manually inform others working on the task.

Disappointed about ownership of information

Pros

They responded promptly to my inquiries, both online and via email. I also love their honesty in explaining how the system works.

Cons

It's disappointing that they couldn't delete my personal details and account, only deactivate them. It seems unreasonable that users cannot request the deletion of their information. If this is the case with other software as well, it's equally unacceptable to me.

New format is difficukt

Pros

The product itself serves as a fantastic tool. I particularly like the ability to send messages or add someone to a task to keep them updated on the progress.

Cons

The current new format is quite confusing. The previous format was more instinctive, and now I find myself searching extensively to find what I need.

I have been using Flow for a month now, and it's great to track projects and hold teams accountable.

Pros

One of the aspects I adore about Flow is its ability to break down projects into the smallest details, assigning due dates and involving others in the work. I find it is a user-friendly, visually appealing and an excellent project management tool overall.

Cons

It did require a bit of time to learn how to navigate the various options, but once I did, using it was quite seamless.

Visually pleasant, but lack of some functions

Pros

It's easy and enjoyable to use. The implementation of the kanban method is perfect for small design or marketing teams that prefer more visual software.

Cons

At the beginning, it takes some time to familiarize oneself with all the functions. Additionally, searching for past tasks can be a bit confusing. There is still significant room for improvement in many functions.
