“Fantastic task management software
Pros
Without a doubt, Flow is the best task management software I have ever used. It simplifies the process of quickly jotting down tasks, regardless of their size which ensures I never forget what lies ahead. It is quite simple to use too and after a year of using it, I can't imagine my workflow without it.
Cons
The mobile app could benefit from some improvements since it occasionally has glitches and isn't very intuitive. It feels like an iOS transfer.

“Flow helps keep me and the team organized on all tasks and checklists!
Pros
I really like the simplicity of creating and using checklists on this platform. It's so effortless to keep tasks visible, ensuring they are completed on time either by myself or a teammate. The communication aspect for task updates is also smooth and convenient.
Cons
Sometimes, setting up a task can be challenging if there isn't already a designated category for it.

“Extremely robust team-oriented task management
Pros
We switched from Any.do to Flow for task management because of the ease of scheduling tasks. Any.do had occasional lag issues that made us concerned about losing our tasks. However, Flow's platform is rock-solid, incredibly fast, and responsive. We haven't encountered any bugs since we started using it almost a year ago. The task scheduling is easy now and the UI layout provides clear visibility of what needs to be done and when. The task assignment function works perfectly for us. The best part is that Flow is highly scalable, suitable for teams of any size, across various industries. Whether it's Customer Service, Product Development, Financial Services or Marketing, Flow adapts to everything seamlessly.
Cons
I genuinely have no negatives to say about Flow. If I had to suggest one thing, it would be the ability to customize the pre-set "Favorites" list with administrative controls. However, upon checking, I realized that I can already do that too.

“Enjoyable. Efficient.
Pros
The inclusion of sub-tasks in tasks is immensely helpful for intricate and complex projects. Additionally, having the option to chat allows us to refine ideas without cluttering the tasks with unnecessary and unintelligible discussions, as often happens in Slack.
Cons
It's a bit odd that the formatting options in tasks are not the same as those in chat.

“Perfect Fit For Our Team
Pros
Previously, our team relied on Google Sheets, iCal and scattered information from emails and random notes for event details. Flow has significantly improved our daily processes by ensuring every detail is handled for each scheduled event. It has also made it easier for my boss to have a quick overview of what's happening. The seamless communication with the team about tasks, projects and events is a fantastic feature. Instead of notifying individuals after completing a task, Flow notifies everyone subscribed, saving time. The ability to set up recurring projects is great for our team since we have the same to-do template for every event. We even added our event sponsors as users which eventually eliminates the need of back-and-forth emails and preventing any dropped balls. Flow provides an easily accessible place for everyone to see all the information, which is incredibly valuable. The versatility of Flow allows it to meet any organizational needs you may have.
Cons
I believe most businesses interact with clients daily. At times, I feel overwhelmed by managing contact information/notes in the CRM system and then having to transfer it to Flow when scheduling an event, so other team members can easily access it when needed. I would love to see a future feature that integrates CRM functionality into Flow!

“This program has made keeping programs, tasks, and deadlines for the whole team straight!
Pros
Navigating the platform is not a problem and it provides an excellent team communication. As a newcomer to my career, it has made staying on track extremely easy.
Cons
There's really not much to dislike about Flow. I haven't been using it for a long time yet. The only downside so far is that it's not very compatible with mobile devices. It would be great to have a Flow app that functions exactly like the online version.

“I have been able to easily communicate and get work done
Pros
The level of detail in task tracking is impressive, yet it remains intuitive. We quickly adapted to the task format and found it easy to organize goals and assign tasks efficiently.
Cons
My only concern is the lack of integrations. As Github plays a vital role in our workflow, we're eagerly anticipating the Github integration this year! I know it's on the roadmap, so I'm definitely looking forward to it.

“I love that everyone on my creative team, including clients, can easily use Flow without training!
Pros
As a small creative agency in search of the perfect project management software, Flow offers a Goldilocks experience. It's just right, not too overwhelming or too limited. And the best part? It comes at the right price, which is a relief.
Cons
Within the notes of each task, any updates to that task are automatically visible which i don't like even though It's a minor complaint. Although you can hide them, you have to click on the word "Hide" to do so. I would prefer the option to have updates hidden by default.

“Helpful tool for managing tasks, especially ones that have repeatable steps.
Pros
Having the ability to duplicate a project is fantastic, although it would be even better if tasks could have dates calculated backward from the deadline. The Kanban view and private tasks are features that I really like.
Cons
We encountered difficulties integrating with the Gmail calendar (although this may have been resolved). Some less tech-savvy users went from receiving too many notifications to too few, which led to discouragement in using the tool.

“Intuitive project management for teams
Pros
Flow's aesthetics are visually pleasing which makes the whole experience enjoyable for the team. Speed is also a top priority for us, and Flow allows us to input tasks quickly and with ease. The ability to add tasks without touching the mouse, solely using the tab key, is a powerful feature. Moreover, accessing all the necessary project or task details is just a couple of clicks away. We also like the integration of the Getting Things Done approach to task management. While Asana may be considered better, its shortcomings in displaying project lists led us to switch to Flow's premium monthly subscription from Asana's free option. Additionally, intuitive project review and management are vital. Flow excels in this aspect by providing an overview of projects and allowing customization to suit our needs. Grouping projects together is a fantastic feature. Lastly, how you receive notifications for delegated tasks matters. Some prefer email notifications, and Flow's email notifications are clear and easy to navigate. This is particularly important for our visually impaired team member. Flow offers various notification methods, which is crucial. It's essential to have the flexibility to use a task management tool in a way that works best for you.
Cons
In our case, Flow could improve in the following areas: - Separating discussions from tasks and projects, allowing easier retrieval when needed. "What did we say about that thing???" - Deeper integration of the Getting Things Done principles, with a simple way to add estimated energy required for a task, its time requirements, and the context in which it needs to be performed ("Do I need to be at my desk to do this thing?", "Remind me to pick up notepads when I am running errands," etc.)

“A lot of features!
Pros
Using the task assignment feature has been a lifesaver in keeping myself organized while working on multiple projects.
Cons
Compared to products like Trello, it's not as intuitive or easy to understand. I do wish the interface had a more appealing design, but overall, it's still a fantastic product.

“Our team lives in flow. It is what keeps us organized.
Pros
The file sharing on the cloud provides us with ample storage and allows us to access files from anywhere which ensures smooth progress on our projects.
Cons
The search function has room for improvement. It often retrieves irrelevant results, and locating old projects can be cumbersome.

Pros
I absolutely love how Flow keeps my team well-organized! It's very easy to assign tasks, rearrange them and have a comprehensive overview of all activities at a glance.
Cons
The iPhone app has some bugs and doesn't perform as smoothly as the desktop app. It doesn't always refresh and display current tasks.

“It's so satisfying have a single place to track and organize work flow.
Pros
Flow encourages accountability and is easy to use and navigate. Having a centralized location to track and organize projects is excellent. The availability of different views caters to various mindsets. Additionally, the option to export project lists is highly beneficial for creating physical checklists.
Cons
It would be beneficial for my team to have the ability to color code projects. It would be great if that option were available. Additionally, I'm not fond of how the new projects view keeps completed projects on the calendar until their due date.
