“Flow is really fantastic piece of project management software, it has changed the way we do things.
Pros
Once you become familiar with it, the interface is remarkably intuitive, offering a comprehensive view of the entire project lifecycle.
Cons
There can be a slight learning curve when familiarizing oneself with the software. It would be helpful to have better learning materials to ease this process.

“I have really liked the experience so far.
Pros
Although I've just started using this software, I am already impressed with the training and learning videos available. The main page, where I can see upcoming tasks at a glance, is a great feature. The flexibility to customize the capabilities according to my workflow preferences is something I truly like. So far, so good!
Cons
I haven't come across anything I dislike about this software. I'm still exploring its abilities, but I like the option to switch between personal and private tasks and work tasks.

“a unique app with lots of features and some bug to be fixed
Pros
It got some unique features that no other app can offer, along with a pleasing design. Task management and assignment features are excellent, and the ability to attach files from cloud services and computer is a valuable addition.
Cons
In the product there are still a few glitches that require fixing. Although the pricing is reasonable, but it can be costly for more than 3 users.

“Flow has been easy to integrate our team into and has equipped us to accomplish our goals.
Pros
Flow offers simplicity without compromising a wide range of features, which greatly aids our team's organization. We appreciate the ability to manage different teams and projects collectively and individually. It fosters accountability and provides valuable insights into everyone's workload.
Cons
With Flow I have encountered some issues like with repeating tasks needing to be "reassigned" each week. While it's not a major problem since you can easily attribute "unassigned" tasks to an individual, it can be a bit inconvenient.

“We use it as a communication tool within our organization.
Pros
Being able to communicate with our entire staff through Flow is quite helpful. Assigning tasks to multiple people proves highly beneficial. The option to create private tasks ensures I stay on track throughout the day and week.
Cons
Getting set up in the software can be a bit challenging. It definitely requires some training to fully use the program.

“Flow is an absolute joy to use and organize work
Pros
The Projects view provides a high-level overview without losing sight of the fine-grained details.
Cons
I wasn't particularly fond of their team chat feature, but in their latest version they have shifted their focus towards Projects.

“Easy to create and share projects with specific deadlines, can be difficult to find projects quickly
Pros
Tracking the progress of a project is now effortless as each person's deadlines are readily visible, giving us a clear understanding of the project's status and whether things are on track.
Cons
When we have projects involving different collaborating teams, it can be time-consuming to quickly find what we're looking for.

“Great roadmapping and product management tool!
Pros
Flow has all the features I need, from the tiniest subtasks to comprehensive roadmaps. It allows for a holistic view of the entire product lifecycle from various perspectives.
Cons
You may not like the fact that there is a slight learning curve, but it's absolutely worth it. Having a more comprehensive tutorial or introduction would be a nice addition.

“easy to learn
Pros
All the features and processes revolve around project flow, which is fantastic. I also like the addition of colors to projects. So Thank You.
Cons
It can be challenging to visually locate your projects. The GUI feels quite plain, although I like the recent addition of colors. It would be beneficial to have colored tasks or categorization options.

“My daily go to, to know what to do!
Pros
The Catch up feature is amazing for staying updated on the team's progress. Task lists can be filtered by anyone on the team, and the tags and filters provides powerful organization capabilities. The app is user-friendly and suitable for everyone in the company. The support is outstanding, and I love the new interface and design.
Cons
I'm not thrilled about having to pay extra for guest accounts, but I've heard that will change soon. It would be great to add multiple people to a task.

“Flow has helped our team tackle all scales of projects and has improved our workflows.
Pros
In terms of the app's functionality, there's a clear and coherent flow. Its minimalistic design ensures a sharp focus on the content (aka the work at hand), and some of its new views are genuinely beneficial. The personal tasks calendar provides a clear overview of each week, which is crucial for planning our daily workload.
Cons
When there's a large number of cards, the absence of color or visual hierarchy can make certain projects overwhelming. Having the option to assign visual tags would be helpful. I'm eagerly awaiting the mobile app update with the new UI.

“Very Strong Project Mangement Software - Similar to Asana
Pros
Flow offers a considerable amount of functionality, as compared to Asana. It might have more than what we need, but its strong design makes up for it. Unfortunately, there is no free plan for small teams, but it's still one of the better paid options available.
Cons
There is no free plan available for small teams. The design is good, and it's easy to use. They recently launched a new version of the product, which is worth trying out.

“Flow has been a gamechanger for me in keeping up with tasks.
Pros
There are several reasons why I love Flow! The primary reason is its ability to simplify and streamline task organization, keeping me on top of things without a problem. As a graphic designer, my focus tends to be more on the creative side rather than dates and numbers. Flow allows me to keep all my assignments organized by their due dates, allowing me to prioritize projects and never miss a deadline again. It not only keeps my tasks in order but also facilitates constant communication among project collaborators. With Flow, we can upload attachments, colleagues can view and comment on my activity, offer real-time suggestions or edits it's like having a Facebook timeline for the project! Using Flow has significantly streamlined our creative process, from project conception to completion. It empowers us to stay on top of our game and concentrate on delivering the best creative service we can offer.
Cons
If I had to criticize one aspect of Flow, it would be the user interface. For newcomers who are unfamiliar with the program, it can be easy to get lost among the multiple layers of tabs.

“It does it's job.
Pros
Flow software's organization feature within Flow is impressive. I can quickly navigate to where I need to go and find the necessary graphics without difficulty. Whenever I'm tagged in something, I receive timely updates.
Cons
Navigation can be tricky at times. I find myself getting lost occasionally when I click on the wrong thing, and then I have to find my way back to where I was. I suppose using it daily would help keep up with all the updates.

“Flow is team task management and chat in the Goldilocks Zone. Not too big or small. Just right.
Pros
I love the fact that task management and chat are integrated into a single platform. Previously, we had to use different software for everything, which caused a lot of problems. Flow provides a smooth and easy experience, bringing everything together in one place.
Cons
I can't think of anything I dislike. It's a bit odd that there are two separate phone apps (one for chat and one for tasks). It would be slightly better if they were integrated.

“My experience with Flow has been wonderful. It's a huge time saver!
Pros
The built-in chat feature allows me and my colleagues to stay connected at all times, even though we work remotely from different locations across the country.
Cons
I appreciate the presence of a chat application in Flow, especially when I'm on the go. However, I have noticed some glitches and issues with the app. It would be fantastic to see a refresh with additional features!

“One of the best task and project management products in the market
Pros
Design of Flow is impressive, and its simplicity is highly beneficial for me and my team. The checklist feature is quite simple yet incredibly useful, especially for projects with numerous small tasks. I also like the sub-tasks feature. Since it is cloud-based, we can all access it conveniently.
Cons
While their desktop site is excellent, I believe their mobile app has a few issues. It's limited in terms of available features, and I've encountered several small errors on the iOS mobile platform.

“Hands down, best task manager I've used.
Pros
The UI of Any.do is user-friendly, intuitive and free of unnecessary clutter. It adds a touch of gamification to tasks, engaging users and motivating them to complete tasks more efficiently.
Cons
The iPad and iPhone apps feel somewhat lacking compared to the web version. Syncing between the web version and the apps is often slow.

“Flow has revolutionized the way our organization manages projects from conception to completion.
Pros
When it comes to task management and collaboration, Any.do is one of the most user friendly tools I have used. What I love the most is its seamless performance across various platforms. Whether I'm using the web browser, mobile app or desktop app, the experience remains consistent and also everything is easy to navigate.
Cons
It seems that new updates are released frequently (at least for the desktop app). On some occasions, these updates have caused login issues.
