“Game changer project management tool
Pros
Flow is a very smart tool. Its ability to organize multiple tasks across different teams is remarkable, especially in a business with numerous clients where categorization is important. The feature for recurring tasks is a true lifesaver! What I value the most is the flexibility it provides for setting up recurring tasks on specific dates, whether it's daily, weekly or monthly.
Cons
Dealing with a significant number of cards can feel overwhelming at times without color-coding or the ability to establish visual priorities. It would be valuable to have the option of applying visual tags. And I am eagerly waiting for the upcoming mobile app update with the new UI.

“The tool i never knew i needed
Pros
I was impressed by the appearance of this tool. Yes, its interface is quite pleasant and modern. It's great how instead of having one central place to jot down your to-dos, you now have multiple tabs and sections to explore, uncovering tasks you may have forgotten about.
Cons
A wide range of features and options can be a bit confusing at times.

“Not the cheapest, but...
Pros
Well how I get to know about Flow. Well I received an invitation to join a team that uses Flow. Compared to Asana, the user experience is superior which makes it a tool worth considering for your next project.
Cons
The trial period was too short so I failed to convince another team to give it a try.

“Good Project Management App
Pros
The simplicity with which all team members can share ideas and tasks.
Cons
The price is a bit too high, considering the fact that there are more affordable apps and they offer similar functionality.

“Microsoft Flow (Power Automate)
Pros
What I like the most is that it offers 300+ connectors for seamless integration with Microsoft products and other platforms.
Cons
It lacks a centralized orchestrator, which would greatly assist in centralized monitoring and deployment.

“Neat alternative to Trello
Pros
The first thing that caught my attention was its cleaner interface with calming colors. I am a big fan of minimalistic design, and Flow nails it. The interface closely resembles Encharge, but I digress. Since I also use Trello, Flow was remarkably easy to adapt and use right from the start. Their kanban boards, collaborative features and lightweight design set them apart from similar tools. I've just started exploring it, and I might soon switch to it completely because it's cool. However, there's one thing holding me back, which is the storage limitations in the basic plan.
Cons
Personally there isn't much to say. As a team with over 25 members, the basic plan's limited 50GB storage which is quite disappointing.

“There are much better project management tools out there
Pros
I didn't find anything likable about this software when my team was using it. The goal was to get all of us on board and using the software regularly, but many of us found it confusing to navigate. I consider myself quite tech-savvy, so that speaks volumes about the platform. I'm relieved that we have since transitioned to a different program.
Cons
The interface is not very likeable and difficult to manage, especially when compared to the numerous other project management tools available. So as the market is quite competitive, I will advise to explore other options.

“Atrocious Refund Policy
Pros
The software is simple and user-friendly. I also like that it is web based.
Cons
The features, particularly for time tracking, are too restricted, and the mobile app is poor. It lacks the robustness required for handling complex project management involving teams and external contractors.

“Flow is moving to a wrong direction
Pros
Flow used to be an excellent task manager for small teams.
Cons
With the Flow X update, they have introduced a buggy, slow, and inconvenient version of Slack within the task manager. Over the past year, no improvements have been made to the task manager itself, as all the efforts have been focused on this "yet another" corporate chat.

“Flow is worth the buck!
Pros
Primarily, I enjoy the tasklist view (and the Kanban-style view as well). The design is simple, with an intuitive user interface. I believe the price is reasonable and not overly expensive per user.
Cons
To maximize the benefits of Flow, one must have a clear understanding of the workflow from the beginning. It is somewhat limited in terms of management but works better for tracking purposes.

“Work With Flow!
Pros
The simplicity of Flow is what I like the most. When it comes to tracking tasks, it's perhaps the most valuable feature in any tool. I really love the task timelines as they have a visually distinctive quality, and the colors neatly separate them.
Cons
I primarily consider Flow for task tracking rather than project management. While it can certainly be used for project management, it is not as effective in that aspect as compared to other available tools in the market.

“Ideal tool for planning and project management
Pros
I'm really fond of Flow because it provides extremely useful functions for project management at the business level. Planning, assigning tasks to team members and visualizing progress or ongoing work becomes much simpler and organized. Sharing the workflow decreases which allows for faster progress in each project. The interface is intuitive and well-organized, providing a comprehensive view on a single screen. Accessibility is also a great feature, as it can be accessed from anywhere or any device.
Cons
Instead of focusing on negative aspects, I believe it would be beneficial for them to implement new features that enhance usability and provide more customization options which makes users feel more comfortable with the software.

“A beautiful lightweight and streamline project management tool
Pros
It's simply gorgeous. I know it may sound strange to list that as a pro, but compared to its competitors, using this app is truly wonderful. The visual aspect is superb, and you don't get lost in those overwhelming to-do lists. In Flow, you can view all the timelines of the tasks. Filtering and searching are incredibly easy. It's much easier to use than Jira and Asana, making it a great fit for small teams.
Cons
The mobile app could use some additional polishing, especially for larger teams.

“For visulal projekt management
Pros
It offers excellent transparency for both team members and leaders. It's not only beneficial for projects but also for day to day tasks in a team of specialists. It provides a great overview of who is working on what, and tasks can be easily assigned to others. The visual timelines are nice, and the navigation is simple. The colorful design adds to the overall experience.
Cons
The filter and search options could be improved for better usability.

“Good to take down tasks, but not great for teams
Pros
I like the ability to color coordinate my projects and set deadlines for my tasks.
Cons
It's frustrating that coordinating with others on tasks isn't easy, and there's no notification for approaching task deadlines.

“Flow is a Great Tool for Small to Medium Teams
Pros
Flow offers a visually appealing interface, robust features, smooth onboarding, user-friendly mobile apps and a supportive team ready to assist you with any inquiries.
Cons
As a solo freelancer, using it to track my projects felt excessive. I would have continued using it, but it seems more optimized for small to medium-sized teams handling multiple projects.

“The simplest, most joyful, project management platform
Pros
Flow doesn't attempt to address all Project Management challenges, but it excels at the ones it focuses on. As the name suggests, Flow guides you through project management and reporting with a seamless, straightforward approach. If you appreciate this fluidity, which is remarkably simple and easy to use, you can confidently plan complex projects and tasks within large teams, making it a delightful experience which you can say is a rarity in this industry. Flow also excels at keeping your attention on what matters by highlighting and prioritizing tasks based on their due dates in a focused and straightforward manner.
Cons
Like any specialized tool, it excels at what it's designed for, but if you expect something else from Flow's and will expect it will flow, it is when you face problems and deny its benefits. So I believe for different cases, a different, more general-purpose tool would be more efficient.

“Good product that needs a few more features
Pros
The user interface is visually pleasing and everything seamlessly harmonizes together. The team clearly dedicated significant effort to ensure ease of use, resulting in a delightful experience. It offers a wide range of out of the box features suitable for individual users as well as teams.
Cons
Its flexibility is limited. If you stick to the setup preferred by the creators, it works wonderfully. However, venturing beyond that setup can lead to obstacles. To elevate this product, two essential features are needed: 1) custom fields, and 2) saved advanced searches. While you can filter lists by tags, keywords, and project colors, the absence of boolean OR or NOT logic restricts the use of tags for prioritizing issues. Custom fields are necessary to track data points that don't fit predefined categories.

“I Made the Switch, You Should As Well!
Pros
Wow! I must applaud the Flow team for completely redesigning this product, which greatly improved my initial experience. It's as if they know about all my frustrations with Asana and resolved each concern. Some of my favorite features include the ability to easily switch a project between list and board views, adding start and due dates and the pricing structure! I also like that I am not being forced into purchasing a specific number of seats, and the per user price is incredibly reasonable. Additionally, the app boasts a beautiful design.
Cons
I genuinely have no complaints to mention but I'm eagerly waiting for more integrations, such as time tracking.

“Clunky and unflexible
Pros
The interface is simple which makes it easy to identify overdue tasks, and it allows for email notifications.
Cons
The user experience is clunky, and it's challenging to visualize dependencies and collaboration among multiple individuals on a project. This tool lacks the flexibility to easily track cross-project or cross-workstream activities.
