FreshBooks is a good program but one aspect that I'm not a fan of is the second-factor authentication. It asks if you want to remember your device and save your information but even if you click yes it doesn't actually save your device. As a result it requires two-factor authentication every time even if you turn off the second layer of security. This can be frustrating but if that's how FreshBooks operates then I guess that's how it works.

There's not much to dislike; I simply don't need another feature.

I disliked the fact that many features are behind paywalls and require upgrading to the next tier. While this might be acceptable if I primarily used the invoicing feature considering the price it seems odd that more features aren't included.
