I'm still using it and it's been pretty feasible day-to-day. One standout feature is how fully labeled the tracking and customer portal are which makes everything feel clear and organized. The overall usability is credible and the pricing is solid for the value you get. Adding or removing third-party apps also felt simple and the software has been reliable whenever I need it.

After using this software, it's now possible for us to handle essentially all our accounting entries, expenses, sales, purchases and the broader organization needs, without juggling multiple tools. The reporting side is especially strong and gives the kind of clarity we need for day-to-day tracking. I'm giving it a full 5 stars and genuinely recommend it to all my clients.

Nothing major to complain about. It saves us a lot of time, the reports come out exactly right and the whole workflow feels very user friendly.

Features it offers aren't usually included in the higher-tier accounting tools on the market. Since I work as a freelancer, most of the "big" software felt way too heavy and geared toward company, level accounting. It made everything much more manageable especially with its simple invoicing. Also, it's cheaper than those premium alternatives.

Some of the advanced features you'd get with more expensive accounting software aren't included here which makes sense given the lower price. It can also get tricky when you're dealing with more complex accounting situations.

Feels simple and pretty easy to use. Getting started with timesheets and expenses doesn't take much time and the interface stays clean throughout, with a pleasant color scheme. Everything loads fast too, no noticeable lag when I'm working on entries.

Permissions are handled in a very limited way. You basically have either full admin access or the role of a timesheet/expense entry user so there's no flexible option to grant specific feature access. Also, it doesn't support restricting what someone can view based on roles or credentials.

So I've been using it for a few years now and it fits my workflow really well. After a while, I got comfortable with the interface. Running a small business, I especially appreciate the client portal, It's genuinely impressive. I also like the flexible billing options and monthly accounting has become much simpler and faster. Also, customer support hasn't been an issue for me at all.

Every now and then I'll log in and the bank account link won't be working properly which can be annoying. I also think it could do more to better support the South African market.
