“budget-friendly cloud accounting”
Pros
In today's market, it seems to offer a more affordable service than most of its competitors. A lot of the other cloud-based accounting tools cost noticeably more especially when you compare them side by side. It's also pretty simple to use for small and medium businesses so getting set up and managing daily tasks doesn't feel overly complicated.
Cons
Mobile app doesn't let you access reports which is a bit limiting if you need to check things on the go. It's not really built for complex business requirements and since it's priced lower, it naturally comes with fewer features than what you'll find in higher-priced competitors.

“Smooth onboarding”
Pros
Has been a solid fit for my small business needs. Adding expenses is simple and the charts make financial reporting feel much clearer. Also, the mobile app is a big win since it lets me keep up with work while I'm away from the office.
Cons
No real downsides to mention, overall I'm genuinely satisfied with the software.

“had a positive experience”
Pros
One of the most widely used cloud accounting tools out there and it's especially handy for smaller groups of entrepreneurs. The app includes smart accounting features like invoices, expenses, time tracking, mobile support, projects, estimates, payments and reports, all in one place. It really helps set your workflow on autopilot, keeping clients front and center by generating accurate billing on schedule. It also supports more predictable cash flow since you can see upcoming workload and expected income. When anything changes in a project, the updates are flagged along with the potential impact on the business and any revised budget. Regular summary reports make it easier to stay organized and keep clients informed. Overall, it's a reliable tool for tracking invoices, expenses and reports without constantly worrying about missing things.
Cons
An area that could be better is the invoice terms section. It doesn't work in a user or invoice specific way, if you change terms on one invoice, it can affect future invoices too. Because the term amendment is tied to the client, you end up doing more manual adjustments to keep each invoice's terms aligned. As the number of clients grows, you may start looking for additional add-ons and those can get pricey. The mobile app also needs more frequent updates since a few features don't always behave well. Reporting is another weak spot, the data views aren't linked with hyperlinks so digging deeper takes more effort. Late fee options are also limited compared to what some businesses need. Finally, adding more efficient project handling could make the experience smoother for clients.

“so accessible”
Pros
Spare time with automation, everything from receipt suggestions to collecting installments feels geared toward putting your business on autopilot so you can focus more on growing it. The reporting is solid too, the reports you get help you keep an eye on your finances and make smarter business decisions. Payments also run smoothly, with online installment options and easy invoice workflows that help you get cash in your pocket faster.
Cons
You'll likely be able to find all the bookkeeping features you need in one place. It offers a big range of tools and apps for creating and editing invoices, adding your logo and even sending customized "thank you" messages. It also supports tracking time and costs and generating more advanced reports to support day-to-day operations. (Overall, the amount of features is there, you may just need to explore what you'll actually use.)

“my favorite”
Pros
Customer support has been outstanding, everyone I've talked to is genuinely friendly, answers quickly and actually knows what they're doing. The knowledge center is detailed enough that I can troubleshoot most things on my own. The program itself feels user-friendly, looks clean and includes a lot of features for the price. The 60% discount on the first six months is also a nice incentive when deciding whether to purchase. I especially like that I can customize the invoice layout and let clients pay online. Since it's cloud-based, my work stays secure and backed up which makes it less stressful to manage day to day.
Cons
Getting bank connections right took some adjustment at the beginning. If transactions don't reconcile and you haven't set up a title in the correct category, everything can get thrown off and you may need to restart the process to get it matching again. There also aren't many integrations with photography tools so some transfers end up being manual. I was told Zapier could help but it's pricey. Pricing being based on "billable clients" can be limiting too, you're essentially managing your quota by adding clients and then removing them which is annoying if you're running a busy business and don't want to constantly think about that cap.

“adaptive interface and support”
Pros
The interface is simple and adaptive yet it still covers a lot of key features. I was able to set everything up without needing much prior accounting experience. Customer support has been really solid too, phone assistance during extended hours helped me get my questions answered quickly. With multiple plans available, it's easy to pick something that matches your needs. Overall, it works really well for small businesses.
Cons
Pricing could be a bit more cost-efficient but the product itself is still a great option to purchase.

“really effective”
Pros
Really appreciate how genuine and simple everything feels in the product... especially for the basics. The interface is clean and laid out in a way that makes sense and it doesn't feel like a huge, overwhelming environment to navigate. What stood out most to me is how easy it was to understand both the product itself and the overall setup. Highlighting and removing outside apps was also extremely simple which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable to use.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any real issues with it. It's been an excellent application and an outstanding product overall and I'm planning to keep using this bundle long-term. The only thing I noticed was that when I was handling just two or three customers it felt a bit slow but that changed as my organization grew.

“organized invoicing and payouts”
Pros
The best part is how neatly everything is organized. I don't end up misplacing receipts anymore and it's simple to check how my business is performing. Getting paid also feels really simple.
Cons
Early on, with only a handful of clients, it was very affordable but once my company grew, I had to decide whether expanding my plan was worth it.

“can be better”
Pros
As an attorney running a solo practice, the timekeeping feature has been really useful. I can log hours either from the app or directly on my computer and it generates a clean organized time report that looks professional when I send it to clients. Billing also feels simple, creating and invoicing clients doesn't take much effort. The one area that feels a bit limiting is customization for clients on retainer but aside from that, I've generally been happy with the product.
Cons
Bookkeeping has been the hard part for me. I ran into major trouble working through the bookkeeping side of the software especially around taxes, I couldn't adjust or customize tax settings the way I needed. Since I'm not an accounting person, I made mistakes pretty often and it became stressful to untangle everything during tax season. I eventually switched to outsourcing bookkeeping to Bench and it's been going okay so far but it made the whole tax-time process much more difficult because I had to revisit and redo a lot of what I'd entered in the system.

“strong customer care”
Pros
This is a cloud-based accounting tool aimed at small to mid-sized businesses and it covers a lot of the day-to-day needs well. You can send invoices, track profit and loss and even connect Stripe for recurring payments. It also includes time tracking and project management which helps keep work on schedule and organized. Another handy feature is the ability to accept payments right from your phone. The interface is user-friendly and it integrates with various other software depending on what you use. On top of all that, the customer support/customer care is really solid, quick to acknowledge and help. Overall, it feels like the key features are genuinely built into the platform, not just added on.
Cons
One downside I noticed is the pricing approach. The subscription system doesn't work like most others, you're charged based on the number of clients you have so costs can climb and feel a bit pricey at times.

“great support”
Pros
It was simple to set up and start using right away. It also comes with a solid set of features for creating automatic reminders which really helps prevent late fees. Those reminders and day-to-day tasks are easy to access from both a mobile device and a laptop. Also, their customer support is the standout...quick, helpful and reliable.
Cons
There's still room to improve the reporting features and I'd like to see stronger security with multi-factor authentication added for better account protection.

“handy automations”
Pros
I'm still using it and it's been pretty feasible day-to-day. One standout feature is how fully labeled the tracking and customer portal are which makes everything feel clear and organized. The overall usability is credible and the pricing is solid for the value you get. Adding or removing third-party apps also felt simple and the software has been reliable whenever I need it.
Cons
After we commit to using it more consistently, we'll probably get a clearer sense of what to expect long term.

Pros

“my review...”
Pros
After using this software, it's now possible for us to handle essentially all our accounting entries, expenses, sales, purchases and the broader organization needs, without juggling multiple tools. The reporting side is especially strong and gives the kind of clarity we need for day-to-day tracking. I'm giving it a full 5 stars and genuinely recommend it to all my clients.
Cons

“love this!!”
Pros
Features it offers aren't usually included in the higher-tier accounting tools on the market. Since I work as a freelancer, most of the "big" software felt way too heavy and geared toward company, level accounting. It made everything much more manageable especially with its simple invoicing. Also, it's cheaper than those premium alternatives.
Cons
Some of the advanced features you'd get with more expensive accounting software aren't included here which makes sense given the lower price. It can also get tricky when you're dealing with more complex accounting situations.

“super user-friendly”
Pros
This has been extremely user-friendly which matters most to me in a software like this. I really can't ask for more, the product seems to include everything it needs to and it can practically handle the work for you. That "it just takes care of things" approach is a big win.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind as a dealbreaker. It gets the job done and keeps track of everything reliably. If anything, an even stronger organizational feature could be a nice upgrade but that's more of a wish than a real issue.
