“great value”

Pros

It's very simple to use and the invoices it generates look really professional. The pricing feels fair, too. After spending some time with the software and reading up on the company, it seems like they genuinely design the product for service-focused businesses.

Cons

Only limitation I noticed is that it mainly caters to small to mid-sized businesses. If a company grows past a certain point, it may require a bigger change in how the software works though that doesn't feel like a dealbreaker for me.

Pros

This app handles my projects well and it takes a lot off my plate by automatically generating invoices. It also keeps my time management organized and I can import expenses directly from my business credit card, then it categorizes everything automatically so it's ready for taxes.

Cons

Mobile is still a weak spot since I can't open project pages there. The time tracker has also lost a feature I used a lot, the pause option is gone and when I stop the tracker I have to click back into it again just to enter what I worked on (it wasn't like that before). One more thing, when I send invoices through it, I'm unable to attach documents like vendor contracts.

Pros

I really like how approachable this device is. It has a simple design but still packs in a lot of features. You can pick from different payment plans and there's a bonus if you choose the annual option. One handy feature is that it shows the remaining payment and it also lets you share the software utility with a group of colleagues, how many people you can share with depends on the payment plan you go for.

Cons

With all these functions, the main customization limitation I ran into is that you can't easily design the logo shown at the top of the bills you're going to send to your customers. Also, while the bill templates and the preview can be filled in Italian, the actual device interface is only available in English.

Setup was simple and the overall system is simple to use. I also had no trouble getting the invoicing function configured so I could start sending invoices quickly.

App feels simple to use and the built in database has been really reliable for keeping everything organized. Customer support has also been excellent, whenever I've needed help, the team has been responsive and genuinely helpful.

Cons

Syncing between platforms hasn't been consistent. I often run into trouble moving information I record on my mobile phone over to the app on my desktop and that can lead to losing work I spent time on. Also, it doesn't offer full transaction tracking or complete bank reconciliations. A specific frustration is around arrears, when I record a customer payment, the app doesn't update the arrears correctly, it keeps showing the original amount which is honestly pretty infuriating.

Pros

Pretty much everything here hits the mark, the dashboard, estimating tools, reports, client organization and more. The whole product feels outstanding and covers the day-to-day business tasks without me having to patch things together elsewhere.

Cons

As a type-A sort of person, I'd love the option to close out the books each month. That said, I'm willing to accept the current approach if it keeps my books balanced which it has consistently done. I also wish the mobile app felt more like a truly interactive user experience rather than a quick snapshot of how the business is performing.

Pros

I mostly use this to track time for clients, everything from bigger ongoing projects to quick one-off tasks. Starting the timer is simple, I can tie it to the right client/project and then stop it as soon as the session or job is done. Each month's first day, I'm able to generate and send invoices for every client based directly on the logged time. Payments are flexible too since clients can pay by check or online and I can mark invoices as paid once my bank has reconciled the transactions. The automated invoice reminders have been a big help in getting paid for work I'd otherwise end up chasing.

Cons

Just wish the reminder system had more follow-up options. A few clients sometimes need more than the current maximum of 3 reminders. I also get a little tripped up with the reconciliation, If transfer/expense items aren't categorized correctly, it can cause odd behavior in the ledgers though the reporting does make it relatively easy to spot and correct mistakes.

Pros

Lets me whip up estimates and send proposals, track my time, invoice clients and reconcile expenses for reporting without bouncing between tools. Before this, I was juggling three separate platforms just to cover all those tasks.

Cons

More advanced accounting features would be a welcome upgrade but overall it covers what I need. It'd also be great to track time by quantity instead of only using duration.

It feels simple to use. The app isn't crammed with tons of extra features and the dashboard gives a really clear overview of how the business is performing.

There's a bit of a grey zone with the plan setup since I fall right between the two tiers. The higher tier costs more than I'm willing to spend, while the plan I'm currently on feels a little too restrictive.

Pros

I managed to locate a local business banking integration that supports reconciliation and lets me download expenses. A couple of bigger small-business tools I tried wouldn't connect online with my bank so this fit my setup much better. The workflow is also simple to follow which made it simple to get started.

Cons

Once you reach the first paid tier, there are restrictions on how many clients you can add and keep active at the same time.

It's incredibly simple to use while still being able to scale to the level of functionality I need. Everything I rely on for my single-member/owner LLC is covered.

The invoicing flow isn't quite as adaptive as it could be though I suspect that's partly because I don't use it frequently.

Pros

Adding my banking details and logging expense details has been simple and that has made tax prep feel a lot less stressful. The process lines up well with what I need come tax time so it's been genuinely helpful for getting everything organized.

Cons

One snag happened once when my bank didn't pull in transactions from the start of the year. I had to download the files from my bank and upload them but the upload failed even though the format matched what it required. I called my bank for support first and they didn't really help but when I contacted them, they explained the actual issue and even handled the uploading for me.

Managing everything manually is pretty tough when you're trying to keep tabs on every detail but it makes it much faster. It helps me track extra expenses and handle other accounting tasks without spending so much time juggling spreadsheets. The user interface is also really clean and adaptive and the built in features genuinely make day-to-day work easier.

Nothing feels missing, there are enough tools all in one place that cover what I need.

It genuinely saves me both time and extra expense. Everything runs smoothly and I can also get instant estimates for what I need.

Cons

Since it's fast and simple, my team doesn't require a lot of highly specialized staff to operate it. I'm able to cover my customers' needs using it so I've really grown attached to it.

I really liked how neatly the categories are organized. Since it's my first time using a software like this, I expected a learning curve but the registration went without any trouble. Right at the beginning, there's a tutorial that walks you through setting up your profile and after that, guides you through generating your invoice in a very practical way. The platform feels pretty comprehensive, great for small and medium-sized businesses where you can keep control of your expenses, revenue and overall sales figures. It's also reassuring that you don't need to be deeply familiar with accounting because the site is very adaptive.

Cons

When I was registering my company, it asked for an annual profit estimate but I couldn't find my currency (Brazilian real). Since everything is in English, the built, In automatic translator helps you understand what you're reading though occasionally the translations aren't the best.
