The invoicing feature is not my favorite. I wish the project name would display when viewing an invoice or a quote in the list view section. Customizing quotes and invoices within the software is not possible, necessitating export into a PDF for edits. The software's functionality is limited.

I really wanted to love this product because of the amazing bundle of options. Although they offer invoicing as an add-on, they do not integrate with Paypal or allow for automated invoicing, which was a deal-breaker for me.

After a few months of using the software, I haven't discovered any flaws. We explored numerous CRM solutions, but most were either too costly or too intricate. Function Fox provides a fundamental CRM system with optional add-ons for expanding features.

The software lacks integration with many other pieces of software. It doesn't connect with the offline version of QuickBooks to auto-create invoices.
