From my perspective the interface is not very user-friendly. After using it for about a year, it still feels a bit difficult for new users to get comfortable with but aside from that, everything else is good.

This software really helps with managing manufacturing projects, architectural work, marketing initiatives, IT projects and even nonprofit programs. On top of that, it also works well for change management, serves as an ITSM solution and includes SAST tools which makes it very versatile.

I haven't come across any drawbacks while using it. It's a solution that users can adopt with a lot of confidence.

Since it's not as widely used as GitHub it doesn't come built into as many of the other development tools I rely on. It would also be nice if it offered CI/CD more along the lines of what GitHub provides.

It has a lot going for it especially the features that stood out most to me: powerful source control with amazing versioning and branching, built-in code review tools that make collaboration much smoother and fine-grained access controls and permissions that help keep development secure. The debugging features are also very useful for identifying and fixing issues efficiently. On top of that, the DevOps feature does a really good job of automating CI/CD pipelines while also offering helpful performance insights. I also appreciate the comprehensive task management system which makes project planning and organization much more efficient.

Cons

I did not run into any notable downsides worth mentioning.
