Useful and fundamental project management tools.
Pros

GoodDay includes excellent fundamental project management tools. It has features like a Kanban board and Gantt charts, which are the most basic project management tools out there. The perspectives are adaptable, allowing me to highlight the aspects Im utilizing. My organization oversees several projects, and GoodDay has become indispensable to our daily operations. I enjoy the Action Required feature since different team members must contribute to the completion of various tasks. I also like the freedom of creating my own task categories to monitor the various types of projects we work on.

Cons

Customer service and training have been inadequate. Weve had to work out a lot of things on our own, and weve discovered that onboarding new team members is time-consuming due to the learning curve.

Good customer support.
Pros

I really believe software is only as good as the customer service that comes along with it. And GoodDay’s customer service is responsive and delivers rapid and useful solutions. They are quick to respond and I always have the option to speak to a more senior rep, but rarely need to. The ease with which projects and dashboards can be navigated is simply amazing. Many features, such as real-time status on the dashboard really makes my work easier.

Cons

The software crashes frequently. The software is sometimes offline due to maintenance, which is planned during business hours! It is too inconvenient for us. Lastly, there are just way too many features, which is great when I can see the benefits that they offer, but it is difficult getting new users trained and up to speed.

Highly customizable.
Pros

GoodDay is by far the easiest to use, extremely fast and has numerous customization options such as scrum, kanban, work prioritization, and so on. Instead of making us change our working methods, the software adapts to our individual working styles. The UI is swift and updates instantly, allowing me to go on to the next task immediately.

Cons

An issue I created for myself was to clutter the left-hand navigation menu. It is completely customized so that I can show fewer or more items in order to keep it organized. However, if I want to keep as many options as I’d like, the navigation menu needs to be redesigned so that it can handle that many items.

Multiple view options for project information.
Pros

The best part is that it provides several types of views for the same project information, which greatly aids in viewing the project from various perspectives. GoodDay is created with modest but important features in mind, making it a simple-to-use tool. Very fast task data loading and numerous types of reports are fantastic. Task planning by the manager on behalf of team members is an excellent feature. There are many more amazing features when compared to other project management tools. Customer service is also good and makes sure we are always aware of any planned changes along the way.

Cons

They do not offer a trial period to test the paid features, which is probably the only drawback of GoodDay. We initially tested the free version but it only offered limited access to the features. Thankfully, a fellow organization had implemented this software and gave us a brief intro on their system. Otherwise, I might have skipped implementing it at all.
