Cons
It was challenging to shift the culture of paper-based tendering, especially when individuals were resistant to change and stuck in their old processes. It's not an issue with the system itself, but rather requires strong support from top management.

“Have been using the software for the last 10 years, seen many changes, upgrades and improvements.
Pros
This software empowers us to simultaneously manage multiple projects worldwide with minimal resources. By utilizing standard tender documents or pre-agreed tender requirements, vendors are aware of what to expect, reducing the tender period and saving time and money for all involved. Since all negotiations and communication take place within the system, our project team members are well-informed regardless of their location, even through their mobile devices. The software ensures fair treatment of all vendors during negotiations and records every step of the process. Auditors can easily track and verify compliance with policies and good governance. With a variety of built-in standard reports, project progress can be checked with a simple click. Our experience with the software and the support from Remy InfoSource has been consistently positive.
