“Scales across teams”
Pros
Getting started with this software takes very little effort because the interface is so simple. Project managers can usually get comfortable with it within a day and most users pick it up fast thanks to how much thought it clearly puts into the design. It's one of the strongest options available if you need something that can scale across the company without becoming a burden to manage. Beyond running projects, it also works really well for setting up standard business processes. The marketplace adds even more value with some very useful extensions. We ended up building our entire accounting team into it and used it to make sure key daily, weekly and monthly processes were actually being completed. With a scheduler plugin, we could create tasks and subtasks, assign them, track progress and generate a custom month-end summary report showing completion status, completion dates, users and notes.
Cons
For higher-level, big-picture notes, you'll probably still want to use Confluence or Google Sheets.

“Case management tools”
Pros
Having different visibility highlights available in this product really helps me manage my work effectively. It works well for mid-sized and large organizations, keeps storage simple and handles automation nicely. Updating cases and assigning them to different people or teams is also very easy.
Cons
Security still needs improvement and there are times when conflicts are not detected properly by the system's own evaluation which can make things confusing. It would also be better to have an option for branching questions when a user submits a case so the screen doesn't get cluttered with unnecessary questions.

“Feature-rich and adaptable”
Pros
It offers a lot of features and lets different software teams tailor workflows to match the way they work. The interface is generally usable and after a few days it starts to feel familiar.
Cons
A few parts of the interface are still confusing especially around certain features. The overall UX could definitely use some improvement.

“Helpful ticket tracking”
Pros
The ticket system is really useful for following weekly progress and it gives you a great way to split larger projects into smaller, more manageable parts.
Cons
What I don't enjoy is having to update the tickets every single time any progress is made and setting up weekly assignments for large-scale projects can be difficult.

“Teamwork with API flexibility”
Pros
Across the organization, this software has been highly impactful. The standout part is how simple it is to raise bugs, submit tickets for new features and manage tasks without needing any special expertise. It's easy to understand, use and stay in control of daily work. Teams from support, marketing, R&D and others are able to collaborate with each other in a very professional way through this platform. Setting up integrations is not hard either although it does require proper planning before managing everything effectively. Another strong advantage is the wide range of APIs available for different needs which makes this software stand out compared to many others.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about overall. Still, one issue does come up at times, the platform can take a bit longer than expected to fully load data even when the internet connection is good. It may be because of the multiple integrations connected to it but it can still feel processor-heavy on some occasions.

“Planning and bug tracking”
Pros
Handling epics, user stories and subtasks works really well which makes organizing work much more effective. It also does a great job with bug capture and lifecycle management. The plugin availability adds a lot of flexibility, project planning is well supported and the integration with the Wiki is very useful.
Cons
One limitation is that it can't integrate with other systems to support automated test case coverage. Another downside is that customized burndown charts aren't available.

“Flexible access and quick setup”
Pros
Getting everything connected was easy, whether through the apps, website or application. The setup is simple and managing access works well since it's easy to assign access levels and remove permissions when needed.
Cons
Security still needs improvement and there are times when conflicts are not detected automatically. The usage-based pricing can also be a bit confusing at times.

“modern and user-friendly”
Pros
This application works well for both technical and non-technical users which makes it very approachable. It supports Agile so it feels up to date and modern. The terminology is also more general which makes it easier to understand and use.
Cons
One challenge is that exposing or presenting all of its features is quite difficult.

“Easy to get started”
Pros
Getting started with it is quick and using it day to day feels very easy. It works well for multiple groups, not just teams inside the organization and it's also convenient to share with outside people like vendors or the public when needed. Task management is especially strong, with simple status changes, plenty of options and useful drag-and-drop functionality.
Cons
Free version is fairly limited and only allows around 10 uses so once you need more than that, you have to move to a paid plan. The pricing feels a bit high although it can still be worth it if you're actively using all the features.

Downside is that the interface is quite complex and the filtering can feel pretty confusing when you're not yet familiar with how the system works.

Pros

Cons
Judas platform feels a little dated, almost like an old DOS-style system. It gets the job done but it could definitely use some updates.

“Clear project visibility”
Pros
The way it displays project status is very simple and the visibility into key tickets under each story is one of the best I've seen across project management tools.

File sharing and overall visibility are a bit complicated. The dashboard for tracking project progress could also use some improvement.

“feature-rich platform”
Pros
As one of the original project management tools, it has had plenty of time to refine and mature. Compared with other options, it still offers the widest range of features.
Cons
Even with all those features, it can fall short as an all-in-one solution and it won't be the right fit for every team.

Pros
Using this has made it much simpler for our team to stay aligned with all the key stakeholders across the business, from development through to customer support. The Intercom integration is especially useful since it makes managing and tracking customer issues very clear and easy.
Cons
At this point, I don't have any downsides to mention. It has helped us address our business challenges and has become an important part of the tools we rely on.

Pros
Packed with features, it can handle just about every kind of issue or task you can think of, including custom attributes and plenty of flexibility.

“Works across teams”
Pros
It connects well with our company's internal systems which has been a big advantage. The product performs reliably and gives us great visibility into all the work happening across different teams and departments.
Cons
Biggest downside is the high cost especially with the Server products being discontinued by 2024. Existing customers are forced to move to the Cloud or Data Center which adds more expense and effort. On top of that, a lot of features are not included out of the box so customers end up needing to purchase third-party plugins from the marketplace.

“Helpful for everyday work”
Pros
Switching jobs didn't stop me from using it, I liked it so much that I kept using the free version just to manage my own personal tasks even though none of my coworkers were on it. It has made my work life a lot easier especially during a time when all of us have needed to work remotely. It helps me stay on top of tasks and keep close track of which jobs are getting completed. The software is fairly simple to understand and the large library of clear how-to videos is a big plus.
Cons
Pricing has become pretty outrageous lately. It used to feel like excellent value but now that they seem to have captured a big share of the market, it feels like they're squeezing as much as they can out of it. Like most software, it also comes with a bit of a learning curve.
