“perfect project tracking value”
Pros
It has a strong reputation for building reliable tools at a good price and this product fits well within that lineup. It handles creating, assigning, tracking and organizing projects and tasks really well and it's also quite approachable for people who are new to it.
Cons
One thing that gets in the way is how polished and minimal the interface tries to be because it can end up feeling a bit confusing. At times, it isn't very obvious where to click when updating tickets, whether that's the status, description or other details. That same lack of clarity shows up in the ticket list view too.

“Beginner-friendly and easy to use”
Pros
Coming in as beginners, we expected we'd have to figure everything out by ourselves and those tutorial videos that run for hours honestly weren't very tempting. In the end though, we never even needed them because the software is quite user-friendly.
Cons
It could be even better if there were a short, accessible overview video that covers the products in general, what they're for, how they work and how to get started with them.

“Promising tool”
Pros
A lot of markets and companies are already using it which says a lot about its reach. There are quite a few strong points overall and it feels like it has the potential to become really impressive very soon.
Cons
At times, it shuts down unexpectedly and that really hurts the experience. That's a big reason why I'm not a fan of it and on top of that, it isn't always very helpful.

“Issue handling platform”
Pros
Handling issues with this software has been fantastic. It offers a wide range of capabilities that make many tasks much simpler and quicker to carry out. The platform feels well designed and the interface is very polished. The customization options are something I really appreciate and I honestly haven't seen another tool that matches it in that area. The bug tracking feature is excellent as well. For organizations managing a large workforce, this is a really strong solution.
Cons
One problem that really stands out is the weak customer support. Responses take far too long and at times there is no reply at all. I ran into this more than once so I really hope the developers improve that part of the service. Aside from that, I don't have any other complaints about the software.

“Collaborative project control”
Pros
Our team has been able to manage projects much more effectively with it. It covers the full project lifecycle, from pre-sales all the way through to the final evaluation which keeps everything organized in one place. It also made collaboration much easier especially during the pandemic when working together remotely really mattered.
Cons
It works well overall but the pricing is high so it may not be within reach for every budget.

“Project tracking and integrations”
Pros
It's a powerful platform for tracking projects, with several ways to create and manage tasks while staying in touch with the rest of the team. The integrations with communication tools like Slack and Outlook are especially useful because updates from others come through right away.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve since the whole team needs to use it consistently for the tool to really work well. For instance, people need to decide outside the system whether something should be logged as a task, story or bug and how priority levels should be assigned to get the most value from it.

“Flexible alerts and filters”
Pros
The notifications around current status are really useful and the setup is simple once you get into it. Filtering works well too and the tool does a good job of meeting the needs of different kinds of users.
Cons
Getting started isn't very simple for a first-time user. I had to spend quite a bit of time going through the documentation before I could fully understand how to use the tool properly.

“Great for team collaboration”
Pros
Working with a team becomes much more manageable with this software. We use it to handle IT projects across a 10-person team and it's been amazing for collaborating in all kinds of ways.
Cons
A few features are buried pretty far down in the menus but the user community is so large that it's usually easy to find answers or workarounds wherever you look.

“Improved UI and easy onboarding”
Pros
From a Super Admin perspective, I've watched it roll out many changes to this product over time. One thing I really appreciate is how much the UI has improved over the years and it's also very easy to get users set up and bring them up to speed on navigating projects and handling other tasks.
Cons
Feature I'm not happy with is how slow customer service can be when we're dealing with a critical situation. Hopefully this improves as it continues to grow but support should always be at the top of their priority list.

“Essential tool”
Pros
Across several multinational companies, I've relied on this for years while running agile projects as a scrum master. It has been a core part of managing development boards, preparing performance reports, planning sprints and handling retrospective reviews. There are plenty of features, along with a lot of room for customization and continued innovation. At this point, I really can't picture managing an agile project without it.
Cons
There isn't any major drawback that comes to mind.

“Roadmap planning platform”
Pros
Among the project management tools I've used, this one stands out the most. It lets us build a roadmap, set timelines and stories and makes it simple to manage the team while keeping the whole project on track.
Cons

“Flexible task boards and color coding”
Pros
Being able to organize projects with tasks and subtasks is really helpful. The color coding and separate boards also make it much easier to keep different types of work clearly divided.
Cons
Learning to code is already challenging and using this with a team adds another skill set on top of that. It is not very simple for new team members, the workflow can look completely different from one team to another and many of the icons and symbols are not very helpful.

“great tracking that fits well”
Pros
Getting started with it is easy and it connects well with other CI/CD tools in the workflow. There's also an import option that lets you bring in older records from Rally or similar platforms. It works well for setting up an agile process and gives great visibility into overall project delivery and tracking.
Cons
Larger organizations may need to set up multiple instances for load balancing. If too much traffic is handled by a single instance, the UI can start to slow down.

“Excellent for teams”
Pros
This is an excellent issue management tool that works really well for agile development, whether you're using Kanban boards or Sprint-based workflows.

“Clear visibility for growing teams”
Pros
It covers just about everything you'd want for software project tracking, code repo integrations, email, Slack, schedules, wikis and more. For a larger organization with 50+ people who genuinely need visibility into what's happening across projects, this is the kind of tool you'll really appreciate. It helps keep everyone aligned on tasks, ownership and overall project status.
Cons
For a smaller team though, it can feel like too much. In a fast-moving engineering environment, not every detail is worth documenting especially when you factor in the opportunity cost. In that case, this probably isn't the best fit. If everyone on the engineering team already knows each other and communication is direct, the platform may end up feeling redundant. A lighter-weight tracker would make more sense there or it may be better to look at something like Airtable or Pivotal instead.

“remote project toolkit”
Pros
Running digital projects with remote teams feels much more manageable with this software especially for an IT agency or company. It comes with dynamic capabilities, offers a high level of customization and includes tools that really help align project management and improve delivery.
Cons
There's very little to complain about but the learning curve at the start was definitely steep. After using Trello and Asana in previous jobs, switching over was a bit challenging at first. Once I got used to it though, it felt like Asana and Trello on steroids.
