“Full team visibility”
Pros
Having this in place gives us a complete picture of what the team is working on and helps us move through issues more effectively. That level of visibility matters a lot for us especially since we're a new product with plenty of technical requirements to manage.
Cons
At times, the system feels a little confusing for someone without a technical background. It's simple enough to read through and navigate but actually making changes or using some parts of it can feel a bit too technical.

“Simple ticket updates”
Pros
Submitting tickets and keeping track of them is incredibly easy. It's very simple to manage requests and stay updated on progress without any hassle.
Cons
Interface looks pretty basic and isn't especially appealing visually. That said, for the way I use it, that actually works in its favor since I mostly just need to add to tickets and check updates so the simplicity keeps things quick.

“Quick setup and team onboarding”
Pros
Getting started with it was easy and using it day to day has been just as simple. It also made training the rest of the team really manageable so they were able to become productive from day one.
Cons
We did run into some performance issues when adding more add-ons although those problems eventually cleared up after a while.

“Reliable roadmap planning”
Pros
Keeping a software development roadmap organized is usually complicated but this tool really helps with planning, tracking and managing it all. It does a very good job of bringing all of our development resources together into one unified place which makes everything much easier to follow.
Cons
Roadmapping capabilities still feel quite limited and the system can become slow and tough when you're using it heavily throughout the day.

“Daily hub for product work”
Pros
After you get the hang of it, this quickly turns into an everyday tool for tracking progress across developments and projects. For a product owner or product manager, it really becomes a go-to right-hand platform. It handles all the core essentials you need and also includes some useful integrations, such as Slack.
Cons
The first day with it can be a bit challenging and it's not the most simple option for non-developers. There's definitely a learning curve and how steep it feels mostly depends on the person using it.

“Helpful linked tickets and dashboards”
Pros
After moving from Salesforce to this IT ticketing tool, one feature I've appreciated the most is being able to connect related tickets which makes it much simpler to follow and manage associated issues. The option to create custom dashboards and reports is also really useful for tracking tickets effectively.
Cons
I haven't run into any problems using it as a ticketing tool. At this point, I honestly can't think of any drawbacks from a user perspective.

“Kanban keeps everything organized”
Pros
The kanban view is the part I enjoy most. I use it every day to keep track of what's sitting in the backlog, what's currently in progress and what's already been completed and it really helps me stay organized.
Cons
Interface doesn't feel very simple, probably because there's so much customization built into it. Cross-team collaboration can also be tricky when other teams are working in their own separate format.

“Cross-team project linking”
Pros
Being able to connect issues and projects across multiple teams in a large enterprise setting is really what makes this software so widely used.
Cons
Using it can feel pretty tough at times, with features tucked away in menus and icons that are not clearly explained. Since all kinds of people use it, business analysts, project managers, developers and others, it usually ends up being the power users who get the most out of it while also carrying the responsibility of keeping everything organized.

“Ticketing that keeps work moving”
Pros
Our team uses it to organize issues, assign tasks and keep track of team activity and it works really well for that. It's also very simple to use even for people outside the tech department. Whenever I need support for a service desk request or a technical software issue, I just submit a ticket and the IT team usually resolves it within a day. It's also very convenient to go back to an existing ticket and use the follow-up features to check progress.
Cons
From the way I use it, I honestly haven't come across anything to dislike.

“great hub for teams”
Pros
Across our company, this platform is used by practically everyone involved in product development, from developers and QA to designers, product managers and even senior leadership. Each team has its own workspace inside it which makes collaboration much more organized. It is hard to describe it in just a few words because it really feels like a complete toolkit for a software development business and I would recommend giving it a try whether your team is small or large. The parts I use most are the backlog, story management and issue reporting. It serves as a single source of truth and the Epic and Story features are very user-friendly which makes a product owner's job much easier. On top of that, the development team can handle story estimation and sprint planning in the same system which keeps everything aligned and in one place. I would absolutely recommend it to both startups and larger software companies.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve especially if you come from a non-technical or non-project-management background like I do. At first, I had a hard time navigating the platform and understanding how to use some of the features and tools. That said, with a bit of training even self-guided, it becomes much easier to get started. Once you get familiar with the interface, you begin to see just how capable and powerful the software really is.

“Better team workflow”
Pros
Using this software has been very easy for both me and my team. We rely on it for Sales and Marketing and it has definitely helped us work more efficiently. Our favorite part is being able to assign tasks to people and review everyone's tasks week by week. It's also helpful that you can take actions within the system to keep projects moving forward and improve overall progress.
Cons
One thing we weren't happy with was the way the "board" and "roadmap" work together. Mapping out a project is simple enough but when it's time to check the timeline for each project, that part doesn't seem to function properly.

“Versatile issue tracking”
Pros
Pretty affordable for what it offers and it comes packed with features. We used it for project work and also collaborate with vendors through it regularly. It's one of the better issue trackers out there when it comes to customization.
Cons
Honestly, there wasn't anything that really stood out as a problem. It's also fairly simple to use.

“powerful analytics”
Pros
I find it to be an excellent fit for Agile projects. It includes helpful features like Kanban boards, burndown charts, sprint and user story reports, task assignment and workload management. There are plenty of customization options for workflows, issues, reports, timelines, forms and Scrum boards. I also like how easily it integrates with Confluence and many other popular tools through the Atlassian Marketplace making it a great choice for supporting a smooth DevOps workflow.
Cons
The reports aren't very visually appealing and there are only a limited number of built-in options to make them look better. Most of the time, I'd rather export the data to Excel and build the charts I need there. There's also a lot of customization but the interface feels less simple and somewhat cluttered because of it.
