“my review!!”
Pros
It works really well for agile project management and the integrations with Git and Slack are a big plus. There's also a lot of flexibility in how you can configure it and setting up notifications doesn't take much effort.
Cons
Interface can be a little confusing at times and the pricing feels somewhat high. It also seems to be geared mostly toward software development teams so it may not be the best fit for other industries.

“Flexible fields and clear history”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how customizable the fields are for work items, tickets or whatever process you want to manage, whether that's status, assignee, environment, priority and similar details. It also lets you assign labels and resources which helps keep things organized. On top of that, the comment trail and activity history are very visible so it's simple to keep up with updates and past discussions.
Cons
Reporting side could be better especially when it comes to analytics and tracking usage by team or individual users. Another issue is that email notifications sometimes stop coming through. It has happened more than once and since we rely on the product for daily work, that can really disrupt the flow of the day.

“customizable task tracking”
Pros
From an overall process and task management perspective, it's very flexible and easy to use. Everyone can have their own column and tasks can be updated quickly and handed off between teams without much hassle.
Cons
File attachment limit is pretty restrictive these days since anything over 10 MB becomes an issue. Without admin permissions, you can also run into blockers and some task types like epic, bug or story can't be moved across all columns which feels limiting.

“Full task visibility”
Pros
Across our company, we use it to keep track of absolutely everything. That includes the software development process as well as administrative work on the other side. Basically, everything we do becomes a task which gives us complete visibility into the business and lets us monitor all of it in one place.
Cons
Because it includes so many features, it can feel a bit complicated to use everything at first. Still, after spending a little time with it, you can start implementing more of its functions and end up being even more productive.

“Reliable report tracking”
Pros
Switching our report management over to this platform has been a real win for our organization especially when it comes to tracking project progress and quality. We had been using SharePoint before but once another internal site moved to this system, our location followed. The tools fit into our existing processes without much trouble and employees were able to understand them pretty quickly. With some software, onboarding new users can be a hassle because of how complicated everything feels but that really has not been the case here. Most of our staff picked it up without any major issues and in the end it does exactly what we need from a report management system while maintaining the quality standards our organization expects.
Cons
I was not involved with the IT side of the rollout but from what I heard, the implementation was challenging. There are also times when the software loads a bit slowly though that is fairly common for platforms handling large volumes of data. Another limitation is that we have not really had any integration with other applications yet although that may improve if we continue moving more of our processes into this system.

“Clear project tracking”
Pros
Once we got through the initial learning curve, it became really clear and easy to set up a project, divide tasks across the team, stay on top of deadlines and let everyone update their own work while still having a complete view of the project's overall status.
Cons
Getting started isn't the most simple part but after some time using it, the team adjusts and is able to make the most of everything it offers.

“Better cross-team organization”

It helps us stay organized when working with cross-functional partners.

“Packed with useful integrations”
Pros
Right away, the number of integrations stood out to me, helpdesk software, Trello, Slack and notifications are all built in and genuinely useful. The filters and reports make it simple to share release notes clearly with everyone involved. It's also flexible enough to be configured around different team preferences which makes adoption much easier. On top of that, it offers really great value for the money.
Cons
Nothing major has come up as a downside for me. If anything, I'd just like to see more reporting and dashboard options added.

“Smooth interface and quality feel”
Pros
Using it feels very fluid and that has been the standout part for me. The interface looks polished and the overall usability is very high quality.
Cons
One issue comes up when exporting task data with the time tracker integrated since the exported report ends up including a large number of columns.

“Dated interface”
Pros
As a project tracking platform, it's basically the industry standard. A lot of teams rely on it so there are tons of third-party integrations available that extend and improve how the system works. Its query language, JQL, is also very useful for finding, filtering and staying on top of tickets.
Cons
User management is incredibly complicated. Bringing in external users with restricted access is nearly impossible. The self-hosted version which most large companies seem to use, tends to be buggy and consistently lags behind the cloud version. Overall, the experience comes across as outdated and overly convoluted.

“user friendly sprint tracking”
Pros
Being able to set up sprints and use a burn-down chart to track progress is really useful. It fits well with an agile workflow and from what I've seen, it handles that part quite effectively.
Cons
Using it isn't always very simple though I'm not sure how much of that comes from the way our admins configured it versus the platform itself. At times, it's not very clear what the best way is to update a Story or Task depending on the view you're in. For example, Kanban feels easy but updating things from the Sprint view took me a bit to figure out.

“Well-organized and user-friendly”
Pros
Everything in this ticketing tool is laid out really well and it includes all the key details needed when creating a ticket. The interface is also very user-friendly and easy to work with.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is that comments don't always update automatically and sometimes only appear after refreshing the page.

“simple project tracking”
Pros
Across different departments, we mainly rely on it to track projects and keep up with tasks that need to get done. It's very user friendly.
Cons
Every now and then some of our tickets seem to go missing because the automation doesn't pick them up although I'm not completely sure whether that's an issue with this tool or with another program.

“Feature-packed but overwhelming”
Pros
It brings everyone together by giving the whole team a central place to publish content and interact. There are a lot of features included and many of them are genuinely useful.
Cons
Using it can feel tedious, nagging and confusing. The product tries to do too much and there are plenty of unnecessary features to sift through just to reach the five I actually need.

“Free project planning tools”
Pros
Best of all, it's free and that's the part I appreciate most. Beyond the cost, it gives us a lot of flexibility when it comes to moving data around and creating tasks within projects.
Cons
Since I'm using the free version, I don't get access to everything the platform offers, such as advanced permissions and audit logging. Even with those limits, it's still a very useful tool for planning projects and assigning tasks within them.

“Flexible boards and teamwork”
Pros
Being able to customize different boards is probably the biggest reason this works so well for us. We have several teams across the company and that flexibility has been really helpful. The transparency is another big plus too, you can assign tasks to anyone and everything is visible to everyone. There's no need for constant emails or follow-ups since everything stays in one place.
Cons
Getting used to the software does take some time although once you're past that learning curve, it works really well. I'd also recommend reducing the number of mandatory fields when creating a task. The file upload size limit is another restriction that should be improved.

“great ticket workflows but weak planning”
Pros
Getting around the platform is easy and I really appreciate how the work can be organized into user stories, tasks and epics. The option to customize ticket workflows is useful, the boards help keep everything visible and real-time updates are shared with everyone right away.
Cons
On the downside, project planning is quite hard to manage here. It also lacks key features like a Gantt chart and resource capacity management.

“Best bug tracking tool”
Pros
Hands down, this is the best bug tracking tool I've used and there are plenty of reasons why. The interface is simple and minimal so it's very easy to navigate and understand. The overall user experience is excellent as well. Another big plus is the huge marketplace with thousands of add-ons available and the fact that you can even build your own. The customization can feel overwhelming at first but once you uncover all the hidden capabilities, it really stands out as the best bug tracking software out there.
Cons
Because it's packed with features and can be fairly complex at times, new admins face a pretty steep learning curve during setup. The pricing can also get expensive since it's based on the number of users. A better tutorial for new users would definitely help. It can also start to feel crowded when too many projects are linked together.
