“my review”
Pros
It works really well for Agile teams especially for sprint planning, managing the backlog and keeping it organized. Creating stories and logging bugs is also easy so it covers the core day-to-day work nicely.
Cons
Advanced search and query creation can be difficult to work with. At times, test engineers may also find the tool a bit challenging to use.

“clear progress tracking”
Pros
Task planning and progress tracking are really well handled. You can break work down into smaller parts for each team member and keep an eye on the overall status which helps everyone stay aligned on the same completion timeline.
Cons
A few features take longer to get comfortable with if you do not already have experience with them. It took me about a week to fully understand concepts like the team project roadmap.

“easy reporting and tracking”
Pros
Across Scrum and Agile teams, this has been a really useful tool for me. It makes putting together progress reports very easy. It also works alongside Confluence which helps a lot when I need to export ticket details for reporting. I can assign tickets and include priorities, creators, users, deadlines and other key information. I'd even use it for Waterfall projects if that were an option.
Cons
One thing I'd like to see is short tip blurbs for coworkers who misuse the software, for example, when developers get 0 points for rework even when the mistake was not actually their fault. Some built-in guidance around better practices would be helpful.

“great value for teams”
Pros
Our team gets pretty much all the core functionality it needs to work effectively. The platform is very simple to use, simple and user-friendly. It lets you handle sprints, backlog, activity and just about everything else in one place. On top of that, it offers some of the best value for the price.
Cons
There are still a few features missing but the biggest frustration is the query functionality. It also depends too much on the marketplace for capabilities that I would expect to be included in the standard out-of-the-box version.

“slow and cluttered”
Pros
Packed with functionality, it feels very complete and includes all the fields needed to capture the right information.
Cons
Interface feels slow and heavy and at times buttons or commands are hard to locate because they aren't placed where you'd normally expect them, for example, the add task/story button sits at the bottom of the backlog instead of at the top or inside a menu.

“helpful but takes effort”
Pros
Keeping track of work with the Kanban Boards is really helpful though users do need to understand and keep a lot of data points updated within each ticket. Adjusting and customizing views can also be a bit tricky.
Cons
Older version had a much better look and feel than the current layout. On top of that, when opening stories or subtasks, the amount of information shown for an epic or master task feels pretty lacking.

“easy collaboration and updates”
Pros
Moving tickets around is really convenient and adding tags or writing them up takes no time. Real-time comments and collaboration work really well and the GitHub integration that shows PRs is a huge plus too.
Cons
File upload feature can be a little buggy. Sometimes deleting attachments, uploading new ones or even viewing older files gives me trouble although overall it's still manageable.

“feasible request management”
Pros
Putting together service desk forms is easy and managing submitted requests on the backend is fairly simple as well. A big plus is the customizable approval workflows which make it possible to mirror whatever offline process your team already uses. It's also really useful that people submitting requests can rate closed tickets since that helps with customer engagement.
Cons
A few of the system labels aren't very editable which is mostly an issue for teams using it outside the usual IT setting. The volume of automated system emails can feel overwhelming at first, at least until you tailor that feature to fit your needs.

“great for task tracking”
Pros
From day to day, this software has been really useful for active project tracking. It helps scrum teams keep an eye on every task and the time spent on it. I'd definitely recommend it to colleagues for updating task details whenever issues come up during development work since it makes it much easier to follow progress, work status and time.
Cons
I haven't come across any problems with this software. I've been using it for the past five years and still haven't faced any difficulty and over time it has also been upgraded with many additional features.

“helpful integrations”
Pros
Integrations with tools like Bitbucket, Slack and Microsoft Teams are something I really enjoy. It also does a nice job of letting teams break work down into epics, stories and tasks which makes tracking the workload and burndown very easy.
Cons
It feels quite approachable for someone who has even a little coding experience but that is not always the case for a more general user. At times, the process can seem a bit complicated for that audience so simplifying it would make the software more accessible.

“keeps projects on track”
Pros
Planning and tracking tools are really strong here, sprint planning, Kanban boards, burndown charts, issue tracking and even hour estimates for each task all work well together. Updating an issue after it's already been created is also very convenient and doesn't take much effort.
Cons
Team collaboration could definitely be better. There's also a slight learning curve for beginners and the mobile app isn't very impressive right now, it feels like it could be made much more productive.

“useful GitHub integration”
Pros
Having GitHub integrated into the platform makes it really convenient to follow the pull requests connected to a specific IT ticket.
Cons
Looking back at older tickets I opened myself isn't very simple especially when I want to organize them by project. I'd prefer a full-screen table view showing all of my tickets so I could sort, group or filter them by project more easily.

“connects with everything”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths is the wide range of integrations, tools and add-ons available. It fits nicely into an O365 setup and connects the whole environment to an agile issue-tracking management tool without much hassle. Since it's such a widely used industry standard, pretty much everyone already knows how to work with it.
Cons
there's not much to complain about besides the fact that it's a paid product. Even then, the pricing feels fair for the solution and value you get.

“easy to get started”
Pros
Interface feels very simple even for people who have never worked with similar software before. There really are no major hurdles or barriers to getting started especially for organizations with limited experience using this kind of application. It also connects very well with related tools like Atlassian and Confluence which are both incredibly helpful when building out a fully featured help desk solution.
Cons
In the setup we're currently using, there have been times when the application was updated without those changes being clearly communicated. Previously, this included a shift in some core UI elements and the overall layout. Since it has only happened once, it is not something I can criticize too heavily but it is still worth mentioning.

“useful Slack connection”
Pros
Being able to connect it with TestFairy and Slack has been really useful. Since most of our clients report bugs through TestFairy, that integration helps us catch newly reported issues right away. Because of that, we mainly just need to monitor the overall updates and status.
Cons
