“does the job well”
Pros
From the very beginning, it has provided exactly what I needed for project management, issue tracking and bug tracking. That's why I chose it and it continues to perform those functions extremely well.
Cons
It comes with a lot of strong features although I do feel some of them could benefit from a more updated design.

“reliable team workspace”
Pros
Across our organization, this has proven to be a reliable solution for managing and tracking project work. The team can monitor activities in one place, run agile sprints efficiently, keep discussions tied to specific tasks and attach files for future reference. I also think the user interface is very well designed.
Cons
Biggest downside is the cost. On the feature side, it still needs version history since edit history isn't available right now. The file upload size limit should also be increased.

“more complex than needed”
Pros
Managing multiple projects at the same time feels much more organized with this platform. I find it effective at keeping work structured and easy to track.
Cons
At the same time some parts feel confusing and more complicated than they really need to be.

“awkward to navigate”
Pros
Overall, I consider it a great platform with a rich feature set and strong integrations that work well with the other products my team uses.

Sometimes it feels clunky and the user interface isn't very simple when trying to navigate and optimize workflows.

“great for sprint work”
Pros
Running work in short sprints is really useful because it breaks bigger projects down into smaller, more manageable pieces.
Cons
With a larger team, the cost can add up since each person needs their own user account though that's fairly standard and expected.

“clean and organized”
Pros
Clean-looking dashboard gives the product a polished feel, the Kanban board configuration is genuinely useful and the resource utilization charts add a lot of value.
Cons
At times, it hangs when moving items to a new state and it doesn't feel as fast as it ideally should.

“highly customizable”
Pros
There's a lot to appreciate here especially how customizable the software is and the range of features available to take advantage of.
Cons
Toughest part has been getting others on board with the platform even though it has seen plenty of improvements and enhancements over the years.

“easy to navigate”
Pros
Next-gen projects work really well for users and feel very easy to use. The menu layout and search placement are well organized which makes navigation convenient. I also think the dynamic fields are a nice touch. On the help desk side, having both a portal and a widget available is a good option and adds value.
Cons
File uploading still needs improvement. Sharing files is not very convenient right now. Reporting features are missing and there is no out-of-the-box time tracking.

“more than some teams need”
Pros
This was a really powerful tool that packed in a lot of functionality. It let you work with a Kanban board, manage tasks and handle plenty more besides. You could set up subtasks and projects, assign hours, assign people and organize work in a lot of different ways. It's a bulky platform but that's because it covers so many different needs.
Cons
Because it's such a bulky and powerful platform, it can sometimes feel like too much depending on the size of your company and what you actually need from it.

“makes planning easier”
Pros
Planning, release management and advanced reporting are all very easy to handle with this software which really makes my work much easier. It also connects easily with widely used tools for Continuous Integration, messaging, version control and more. Having that level of full application integration is a huge plus for me. Thank you!
Cons
Up to this point, I haven't come across any feature I dislike but we'll see ,)

“easy to understand”
Pros
Getting around it feels very natural and the way it organizes projects makes them much easier to understand right away. That's something I really appreciate especially since I usually struggle with how other tools structure the same kind of work.
Cons
Back in 2019, there was a major UI/UX redesign that had a big effect on a lot of people in my organization. We really disliked those changes because everything suddenly felt moved around and it became hard to find where things were.

“built for large teams”
Pros
From backlog grooming and sprint planning to management reporting, we run pretty much everything through it. It's a really strong tool for organizing and managing a large team.

“better team collaboration”
Pros
Collaboration has been one of the best parts of using it especially for tracking each user story during a sprint. It's easy to follow and gives everyone a complete view of user stories and backlog items in one place.
Cons
Sorting stories can be frustrating at times. Without the knowledge needed to run queries, finding the right information quickly becomes difficult.

“organized task management”
Pros
Managing project tasks with this tool feels very easy because it lets you set priorities, context, sprint, fix version and plenty of other ticket details which keeps the boards much better organized. It also has a useful option to group tasks by Epic, Subtask or Assignee so the board view can be customized in whatever way works best. Being able to create Epic tickets along with their subtasks makes progress easier to follow and the description fields inside the cards help a lot with documenting updates and issues.
Cons
On Safari, it often seems to require refreshing because it uses a lot of memory although I'm not sure whether that happens for everyone. Another limitation is that multiple cards can't be dragged to another column at the same time so everything has to be moved one by one. Bulk editing is also missing which makes updating a lot of cards feel pretty tiring.

“feature rich and flexible”
Pros
Compared with a lot of other options, this one really stands out because of how many features and functions it offers. Once you put some time into customizing it, it can fit really well into your company's workflow. Its compatibility with other systems is another big advantage. Being able to create scripts for page generation and API interactions also makes it highly customizable.
Cons
That same level of complexity even though it can be a benefit, can also become distracting and make it harder to stay focused on the most important tasks.
