“Packed with features”
Pros
There are tons of features and integrations built in, honestly more than you could probably count. Getting started and implementing it is pretty easy and it gives you a simple way to track how much time you're spending on tasks.
Cons
Design feels quite rough and at times it's really difficult to get the result you want. For example, the Task Board sometimes fails to show certain statuses and as a user there was nothing I could do about it. I actually thought the older design was better. Even though setup is simple at first, things can become pretty complicated once all the integrations and your own task workflow are involved.

“Easy ticket management”
Pros
Getting around the page feels very easy and moving IT tickets from one column to another is quick and convenient.
Cons
When setting up a new ticket, there are quite a few unnecessary fields that could be removed to make the layout feel less cluttered.

“Useful time tracking”
Pros
The time tracking, kanban-style layout and weekly reports are the features I value most. They work really well together and make it much easier to stay organized and keep up with progress.
Cons
The downside is the user interface which feels difficult to navigate and not very user-friendly.

“Great for small teams”
Pros
Getting started was quick and easy. It offers excellent value for small teams and the integration with other products is a big plus.
Cons
there isn't much to complain about. We ran into a few minor issues but the customer support team resolved them without much trouble.

“Affordable and flexible”
Pros
I appreciate the affordable cost of the product, how easy it is to deploy and the wide range of customizable features it offers.
Cons
One thing that really hurts the experience is the admin panel, it feels very cluttered and not simple at all and that's a pretty significant downside. Another limitation is that connecting it to an on-premise Active Directory either isn't supported, isn't documented clearly or is just very difficult to set up.

“Helps keep work organized”
Pros
This has really helped me organize my schedule and stay on top of my tasks. It also lets me assign tasks to teammates so everyone knows exactly what they're responsible for and when the work needs to be completed.
Cons
Getting started with it can be challenging. It takes a bit of time to learn the features and commands before you can use it confidently and the interface also feels complicated.

“Great for planning work”
Pros
Having both sprint boards and Kanban boards has been the most valuable part for project planning and day-to-day management. Our team relies on them every day to keep task lists up to date and they also make it really clear what everyone else is working on. It also fit into our existing processes without any trouble.
Cons
Project management tools are definitely very comprehensive. There are a lot of different fields to fill out when updating tickets and sometimes I wish it were a bit simpler with fewer options.

“Powerful but complicated”
Pros
There's a lot packed into this software and that naturally makes it fairly complex at the start. Once all the settings are configured and everything is in place, it becomes more manageable to work with. After getting used to it, using it feels somewhat easy.
Cons
This software really does come with all the bells and whistles but that also makes it quite complicated to learn. It takes a good amount of time to get familiar with how everything works. The interface and overall feel are a bit old-fashioned and since it has been around for quite a while, it doesn't seem like many improvements or enhancements have been made. A lot also depends on how it is implemented across the organization. In most cases, it needs extensive setup and support from the IT department which tends to make the whole startup process pretty slow.

“Helpful project overview”
Pros
It gives a really great overview of larger projects and the burndown chart is especially useful for seeing how much effort has been spent.
Cons
One thing that's frustrating is that replying to a ticket update email doesn't actually update the ticket.

“Improves team workflow”
Pros
During the time I used it, it really helped simplify the workflow. It also made the interaction between my department and the IT team much more efficient.
Cons
I wouldn't point to any major problems with it overall. The only difficulty I ran into was when granting access permissions to users.

“Not user friendly”
Pros
there's not much about it that I enjoy. The UX feels burdensome and the platform itself comes across as incredibly unfriendly.
Cons
Pretty much everything about it is a downside. There are plenty of other products out there that handle the same job some even with fewer features, that I'd still rather use because they seem to be built with the user in mind. I'd genuinely prefer tracking issues and projects across departments in Excel than depending on this platform.

“Great for teams”
Pros
This works really well as an agile project management tool. It gives the business enough flexibility to write user stories while technical architects can also create technical stories without any hassle. The task creation interface is very well designed and the scrum master view is also great and pleasant to use.
Cons
Assigning tasks to sprints feels a little clunky at times. It would also help a lot to have a way to split work across two parallel sprints, along with an option to mark certain tasks as stretch goals.

“Easy to navigate”
Pros
Everything feels very user friendly right away. Assigning and viewing roles and task allocations is easy and it doesn't take long to understand how to move around the software. The multiple tabs also do a good job of separating things into clear categories which helps keep everything organized.
Cons
Even though the system is simple to navigate overall, changing or updating task allocations can be a bit tricky at times. Getting to certain data or information often means clicking through several layers and filtering or sorting everything does come with a bit of a learning curve.

“Works for many teams”
Pros
With the amount of functionality and customization it offers, this software works well for a wide variety of teams and projects, helping get things done quickly and efficiently. Being able to share very detailed information through user groups, set project alert levels, get email notifications from teammates' updates and manage everything in one place really makes a huge difference.
Cons
Because there are so many features and customization options available, it can sometimes take a while to sort through everything and find the exact item or setting you want to add.

“Helpful Kanban boards”
Pros
Coming from the marketing side of a SaaS company, I wasn't convinced at first when we were asked to use the same tool our technical teams rely on for workflow and project management instead of buying something separate. That said, using the Kanban boards turned out to be a really practical way to keep our work organized. Adding projects and tasks was easy, the drag-and-drop boards made our standup meetings much easier to run and the team has genuinely enjoyed working in the platform.
Cons
Every now and then though, it's clear this wasn't built as a dedicated marketing project management tool especially when we try to use things like subtasks or set up calendar views. Even so, it still covers about 80% of what we'd want from a full project management solution.

“easy project management”
Pros
The platform is simple to navigate, the interface looks good and there are plenty of options and plugins that help make project management more manageable.
Cons
At times it can be glitchy and sometimes I can't select the service I need on the site. The app also feels like an odd combination of web-based components and native features which causes occasional issues.
