“hard to search”
Pros
It works as a one-stop place for managing and tracking all kinds of issues.
Cons
Using it is extremely complicated and getting around the system can be very difficult. Finding tickets becomes especially frustrating when the database is large even with the advanced search options. To locate something specific, it often feels like you need to write a SQL-style query which makes the platform far less approachable for users who aren't very technical.

“somewhat awkward interface”
Pros
The bug tracker is laid out in a really organized way and gives users plenty of advanced features and configuration options.
Cons
Parts of the interface feel a little clunky especially when compared with other tools that come across as more aligned.

“useful dashboards”
Pros
Every day at work, I rely on this software to monitor activity across our systems. It lets me build dashboards and export the data to Excel which is really useful.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any downsides for the work I do. It's been a really great piece of software.

“strong issue tracking”
Pros
The interface is well designed and the resource management and task assignment features work really well. The issue tracking system is excellent too. I've used other service desk tools before and this one stands out as the best among them.
Cons
One downside is that creating a ticket feels a bit lengthy and because of that, users sometimes end up making mistakes.

“easy to customize”
Pros
Our teams were able to shape the processes around their exact workflow and most of the customization ideas we had were simple to implement.
Cons
The split between next-generation projects and traditional projects is still a drawback although the roadmap feature is now available for conventional projects as well.

“helpful planning tools”
Pros
Compared with other project management tools, this one has great strengths along with a few trade-offs. The gantt charts and product scheduling are presented really well although the interface can feel somewhat complicated at times.
Cons
Moving between schedules and adding a constraint can be a little confusing. It takes some time and patience for a user to fully understand how the software works.

“improves team collaboration”
Pros
Project management has become much more effective with this tool. Earlier this year, our team started using it to track our work and it has made a huge difference in reporting and collaboration across different functions.
Cons
One issue is that the Kanban board can get pretty slow and sluggish when the backlog becomes too crowded. We ended up having to come up with a workaround by moving our backlog to a separate board. I also wish hyperlinks would open in a new browser tab by default.

“helps manage tasks”
Pros
This tool has been really helpful for assigning tasks and keeping track of them. It works well not only for task management but also for managing time too.
Cons
I haven't come across any major limitations. If anything, the overall performance could be improved a bit and I'd prefer it to feel more basic.

“easy work tracking”
Pros
Interface is simple and user-friendly and there are plenty of features that make it easy to categorize tasks and assign them properly. Tracking work logs is also very easy which helps a lot with staying organized.
Cons
A few features, like the bug picture option, are not very simple to use even though most of the platform is fairly easy. It's also simple to create subtasks or tasks under a story but not the other way around since there's no real way to create an Epic or story from an existing task or subtask.

“quick to get started”
Pros
Getting started with it is very easy. It adapts well to different kinds of project and time management needs and the integration with cybersecurity tools like Darktrace and Bitdefender works easily.
Cons
Rollout was a bit rough, mainly because many users weren't familiar with how to use the product properly at first.

“flexible for work”
Pros
Our team uses it to keep agile work organized and it does a great job supporting both Scrum and Kanban boards. With help from the admin side, fields can be customized and workflows can be automated which makes it adaptable to different processes. It also handles backlogs and active tasks well so staying on top of ongoing work is much easier.
Cons
It still needs much better support for larger tasks that include a lot of child tasks. Right now, tracking those child tasks is difficult and can become frustrating. It would also benefit from more collaboration features, such as chat, stronger email communication tools and similar options.

“simple task tracking”
Pros
Keeping track of tasks with this tool feels about as simple as it gets. It works especially well for product managers and it makes it easy for everyone to stay in the loop and understand what's happening.
Cons
Toughest part was figuring out how to structure and organize tasks. Getting started and setting everything up was a bit difficult but once it was in place, using it became very simple.

“connects with your tools”
Pros
Right away, the biggest benefit has been how well it connects with the other tools we rely on, like Slack, Outlook and Confluence. Creating tickets and following their progress feels simple and the integrations make it possible to monitor updates and resolutions without constantly jumping back into the IT interface. Another strong point is the team-specific waterfalling of tasks and requests which makes it useful not just for a single department but for collaboration across the whole business.
Cons
Getting the most out of it is not very beginner-friendly since it takes fairly advanced training before someone can really use the platform to its full potential. Adjusting existing workflows is also fairly complicated and in most cases it ends up needing administrator support. A lot of the technical knowledge required is still limited to experts.

“plenty of flexibility”
Pros
There's a lot of flexibility in this tool so it can be tailored to fit the needs of almost any company or product. I keep coming across new features and functionality all the time which makes it feel very capable.
Cons
It can be somewhat complicated for people in non-technical roles. It also relies quite heavily on the tool's administrator which can make a big difference in how well it works for the team.

“powerful sprint tracking tools”
Pros
This software gives us everything needed to build and manage a project, from organizing the workflow and tracking task timelines to generating detailed automated reports on the team's performance in every sprint.

“great for story writing andtracking”
Pros
Being able to write stories, log defects, manage the project, pull reports and even go back to review things after the product is published has been really useful.
Cons
There really isn't much to dislike. The only issue I've noticed is that the system glitches occasionally and that should be fixed.
