“All-in-one team workspace”
Pros
Having fully integrated task and project management boards with a deep level of detail makes it possible to handle Kanban maintenance boards, complex sprint planning and even visualize recruitment pipelines all in one place. When used alongside Confluence and BitBucket, the suite makes managing a growing software team feel very efficient and well connected.
Cons
There's definitely a steep learning curve for people who aren't very familiar with software tools and it can come across as overly complex for the average operations or commercial user. Because of that, getting new people to adopt it can be tough without a lot of training and ongoing hand-holding. It would be much better with guided tours and a simpler interface designed for new starters.

“Great project visibility”
Pros
This has been an excellent project management tool for our team. It gives a lot of visibility into projects and offers plenty of tracking information for managing work effectively.
Cons
There really is not much to complain about because the tool is so flexible. The hardest part was getting everything set up during our new installation.

“Helpful board tracking”
Pros
Board visibility is excellent. It makes tracking progress and spotting blockers really useful and the integration with Aha! is something I genuinely love.
Cons
One thing that still feels missing is parent/child user story functionality. On top of that, setting up new sprints isn't as user-friendly as it could be.

“Easy task organization”
Pros
Interface feels very user-friendly and everything runs smoothly. It lets us keep our task lists organized while assigning priorities and labels based on how important each item is.
Cons
Nothing major at this point. I did notice a few bugs in the beta features but that's pretty normal to expect from beta versions.

“great platform”
Pros
Right away, the interface feels easy and user-friendly. It's a very complete platform for teams working with agile methodology and it does a great job of supporting collaboration. Users can build project roadmaps to track everything currently in progress and the system includes really helpful features for managing user stories and issues. Sprint planning is well handled too and team members are able to assign tasks among themselves.
Cons
Setting up custom fields can be fairly difficult. There are also so many reporting tools built into the system that, without some level of training, the reporting features can feel overwhelming to work with.

“Modern and polished”
Pros
New modern interface makes this, by a wide margin, the best agile project management and task management tool I've used. It's simply amazing.
Cons
My only wish is that its access came included with every plan.

“Simple issue management”
Pros
Managing issues is pretty easy with it and connecting it to Bitbucket is very simple so you get immediate feedback on code changes.
Cons
At times, the platform feels extremely slow. It can also be hard for new users to find their way around since some options aren't placed very logically.

“Helpful activity history”
Pros
Being able to view the full history of what others have added, along with updates tied to that IT ticket for a specific player, is really valuable especially when it's used in the gambling industry and similar settings.
Cons
This tool can feel a little confusing and overwhelming because there are so many different features available. At the same time, that wide range of functionality is also one of its strengths.

“Easy task management”
Pros
Managing tasks with this tool works really well since you can assign and send tasks directly to employees without much hassle. The roadmap is also very useful because it gives a clear view of how tasks are moving along and progressing.
Cons
It does take a bit of time to learn how to use everything properly if you want to get the most value out of the tool.

“customizable tool”
Pros
Works really well for team task management and tracking especially for groups using agile methodologies. It can be customized to match the team's specific needs and it's also a widely recognized tool.
Cons
The interface could use some improvement to make it more user-friendly. There are also times when it doesn't load as fluidly as it should.

“Powerful issue tracking”
Pros
Across product and project teams, this is an incredibly powerful issue management tool. The JQL language gives you a ton of flexibility which makes it work well for the needs of different roles. It's easy to use if you already know agile concepts and even if you don't, it still feels fairly simple. Deployment is also simple especially on the Cloud version and integrations are easy to set up.
Cons
One thing that really bothers me is the pricing model for add-ons. You might have 100 users on your instance but if only a small group of power users actually needs a particular add-on, you still end up paying licensing fees for all 100 users. That's very frustrating.

“Helpful Kanban boards”
Pros
Using the kanban board has been fantastic for keeping projects and tasks on track. The Confluence integration is another big plus. I'm also a fan of the scrum boards and the dashboards and reporting features are really useful for pulling together meaningful data.
Cons
Getting the Jira and Confluence setup configured was a bit more involved than I expected. In the DivX fabric, for instance, I had to manually assign both myself and another person as admin and developer, otherwise, the permissions didn't work correctly.

“Works well for teamwork”
Pros
Agile boards make teamwork really effective and the collaboration features fit well into day-to-day use. The cloud integration works nicely, it's compatible with automated test suites and the available APIs help reduce a lot of manual work through automation. It's also very easy to use overall.
Cons
Pricing structure could align better with licensing needs and the interface feels a bit dated in places. It would also be better if there were an option to launch automated tests directly within the platform.

“Keeps projects moving”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about this software is how it helps me keep up with the future of a project. I can note down what has already been done and track the progress I'm making which helps me finish my projects without missing anything important.

I haven't run into any real issues so far.

“Popular team solution”
Pros
Across corporate teams, this is probably one of the most commonly used systems and it really helps with issue tracking, Kanban boards and overall team collaboration.
Cons
Interface feels dull and can be a little tedious for someone new to it. A better, more modern UI would definitely help.

“Flexible task workflows”
Pros
Creating new tasks only takes a few clicks and the range of actions available, like clone, split, delete, flag and tag, makes day-to-day work really efficient. The workflow is flexible and can be customized for different kinds of tasks which is a big plus. Setting up filters is easy and the API adds a lot of extra value for integrations and building custom reports. The integration with Confluence and source code repositories is also really strong.
Cons
API would be more practical if there were official packages for widely used languages like Node.js. Even though there are plenty of plugins to expand functionality, areas like roadmap, releases and tests feel important enough that they should already be included in the core product.

“Easy for everyone to use”
Pros
Getting started with it feels very natural and easy so there's barely any learning curve before developers can start being productive. Even people on our team who aren't from IT can navigate it with very little onboarding. It also works well with many of the other tools we rely on, like Slack which really helps collaboration across the team. Another thing that has helped a lot is how it reduced automated email noise by grouping updates within a certain time period so we're not constantly flooded with alerts.
Cons
One challenge before was the frequent changes to the app and UI. It sometimes made things harder because features or design elements we had gotten used to would be replaced before we were fully comfortable with them. That said, it hasn't been a major issue since most of those updates were clearly aimed at improving the overall look and feel and in the end we usually ended up preferring the newer design.

“Useful activity history”
Pros
Having the full conversation history attached to a piece before I review it is really helpful since a lot of my questions have usually already been answered in those comments. That saves me time and keeps me from having to chase down information that was already discussed. The mobile app has also been a big plus especially for doing quick reviews when I'm away from the office.
Cons
Attachments section can become a little confusing once a task has a lot of files in it. There are also times when I'm only able to see the number of people watching a task instead of who those watchers actually are.

“great for multi-stage work”
Pros
After using it for the past 8 months, I can say it's a really great tool for managing work that goes through multiple stages. If your tasks move from To Do to Done, it handles that kind of process very well. You can set up as many task columns as you need, such as To-Do, In Progress, In Review, Ready to Release, Paid and Done. The flexibility to create as many tabs as you want makes it very useful. It's also worth trying because you can sign up for a trial and it lets you add up to 10 members for free.
Cons
I haven't had any bad experience with it. I've been using it for 8 months and haven't run into any issues.
