“Useful time reporting”
Pros
After more than four years using it, this platform has been really valuable for team management. It lets you generate time reports by collaborator or by project which helps a lot when estimating the cost of each assigned task. It's also convenient to have file sharing built into the same platform so project-related documents can be shared in one place.
Cons
It isn't very simple and the setup can feel complicated because there are so many features available. Once you've spent some time with it though, it becomes much clearer and easier to know how to use everything.

“better alternatives available”
Pros
We stuck with it for years before noticing there were faster, simpler and less awkward alternatives like Trello that still covered what we needed especially with free add-ons available.
Cons
It's pricey, overly complicated, packed with too many options and harder to use than it should be.

“powerful but demanding”
Pros
At one point, I absolutely loved it and we moved almost everything in our business into its workflow. It's a highly complex, highly customizable app which is honestly a big advantage. You can configure it to handle just about anything. The downside to that flexibility though, is the amount of time it takes to set up properly and your staff really needs to be younger and very comfortable with computers because it's just as complicated for them to use as it is for you to build out.
Cons
The reason I'm moving away from it is the constant change. The UI keeps getting moved around without any warning and I'm left spending time just trying to locate where everything went. Setup already takes hours and when I come back later to make an update sometimes months down the line, the whole interface feels different again. Instead of making the change I need, I end up wasting time hunting for buttons that used to be familiar and then I have to retrain employees who aren't especially young or quick to adapt.

“Handles almost anything”
Pros
Between the built-in features and the wide range of third-party plugins, this software can handle just about anything related to task and project management.
Cons
At the same time, it's behd difficult to use, customize and fully understand. It's not simple at all and people often end up confused when trying to figure out how it works or pull the information they need.

“supports the full workflow”
Pros
From idea creation and whiteboarding all the way to requirements management and test script storage, this feels like one of the best tools for handling the full agile software lifecycle.
Cons
One thing that would really help is the ability to add more columns for subcategories. For example, when opening an epic that has 10 user stories in it, I still have to open each one individually to see the story points since the default view only shows the story number, title, status and type.

“feature rich solution”
Pros
This isn't a one-click install kind of system but the range of capabilities it offers is unmatched by anything else in its category. Adding the Service Desk setup turns it into an outstanding solution for user support and the many available add-ons make it even more valuable.
Cons
Getting the system installed does take some system administration knowledge and if you need customizations, a much deeper level of expertise is absolutely necessary.

“great as a service desk”
Pros
Using this as a service desk has worked out really well. It performs exceptionally well in that role.
Cons
It's a fairly complex product with a huge number of features so getting the most out of it takes a significant time investment. A lot of the time, it feels like I'm not using it anywhere near its full potential.

“Helpful for daily sprints”
Pros
During our sprints, this gets used every day. Creating stories is easy, breaking them down into tasks works well and keeping track of progress is really helpful. It's also convenient to organize stories into modules and jump straight to them when needed.
Cons
Logging time against lots of different tasks or stories can feel a bit tough. Pulling time-logging data automatically is also somewhat difficult and sharing comments internally with someone who isn't already included can be a little tricky too.

“excellent Kanban boards”
Pros
Nothing has had more impact for our team than the kanban board. It gives a complete picture of where every team member stands with their work, keeps all stakeholders updated constantly and the historical tracking is excellent. It's very simple to pick up and makes a lot of sense for agile project management. I also really appreciate being able to send an email to the incoming server ID to create an IT task which makes task creation incredibly convenient.
Cons
One limitation is that the kanban view in epic mode feels a bit less developed. We can set up a kanban board for epics but there doesn't seem to be a kanban view for the tasks inside an epic.

“better team coordination”
Pros
Working with this tool has really helped our team collaborate better when problems need to be reviewed and resolved. I mainly use it to coordinate issue fixes and bring in the right people so things actually move forward. The tagging feature is the part that really makes it valuable for me since I can quickly loop in the key people needed to get the job done.
Cons
My biggest challenge was the learning curve. With so many options and variables available, I felt overwhelmed in the beginning and our custom admin configuration made the transition even harder compared to systems I had used before.

“Connects with thousands of tools”
Pros
Right away, the biggest advantage is how broadly this platform connects with other tools. It integrates with more than 3,000 applications, including Freshdesk, GitHub, GitLab, Zendesk and many others which makes it very practical in day-to-day work. On top of that, it offers more than 1,000 add-on features, customizable workflows and advanced team insights. The reporting tools are especially impressive and I genuinely enjoy using them. We use this software in companies to track workflow processes, handle customer or user requests and manage problems and errors while working with agile methodologies.
Cons
To be honest, I haven't found any meaningful issues with the software because it has performed exceptionally well for my needs.

“an industry standard”
Pros
When it comes to project management and developer ticketing, this really feels like the industry standard. Our team works with both individuals and agencies around the world and we keep coming back to this platform again and again because it consistently does the job well.
Cons
If I could change one thing, it would be the pricing. Other than that, I consider it an excellent SaaS product.

Pros
Right out of the gate, this product feels mature enough for a large organization like the one I work in. It's easy to use and it handles analyzing and processing different user interactions quickly.

“works beyond development”
Pros
Originally built for bug tracking, this platform has evolved a lot over time. We use several versions of it, JSD, Core and Software, for all kinds of work that has nothing to do with software development. From a project management standpoint, the Agile features are extremely helpful for tracking progress and keeping new product development efforts focused. Teams that are less technical do perfectly well with Core for easy business needs especially with Kanban boards and similar tools. JSD also works really well for both internal service requests and external customer support. On top of that, the software is highly configurable and can be set up to handle a wide range of functions across the company, including databases, LIMS, HSEQ and more.
Cons
Managing the admin side comes with a fairly steep learning curve. Once I understood how everything worked, it became much easier to manage although less technical users may still find navigation challenging at times. That said, I think the experience has improved significantly over the years.

“great Kanban solution”
Pros
When it comes to running a Kanban board, this works well and gets the job done. It also lets you collaborate with other people which is definitely useful if you're working with a team.
Cons
While AD integration is available, I find it less convenient because it requires an expensive add-on. I also wish the vendor would provide their IP addresses, as that would make securing internal assets much easier.

“AMAZING Bitbucket integration”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how easily it connects with Bitbucket. It makes creating branches and tracking stories much more easy and having the commit history tied in helps a lot.

“excellent for product teams”
Pros
For product management, this has been the best tool I've used. It lets us create epics, add stories within those epics and log bugs for each story without any hassle. On top of that, it makes issue tracking and bug tracking by priority very manageable while also helping us stay organized with the progress of every story. Overall, I'd say it's an excellent fit for any agile development environment.
Cons
So far, I really haven't found any notable drawbacks. From my perspective, the benefits have consistently outweighed any potential negatives.
