“Not recommended!!”
Pros
as someone submitting tickets, there really wasn't anything about it that stood out in a positive way.
Cons
I used it for sending tickets to technical teams and from a user perspective it felt far too bloated for such a basic task. I've never worked on the admin side so maybe the setup came from how it was configured but the whole thing felt more complicated than necessary. The interface and initial setup were awful, submitting a ticket wasn't easy and most of the time I had to put N/A in over half the fields anyway. That just made me wonder why those fields were even required in the first place.

“useful project timelines”
Pros
What works well is how it connects with older Microsoft products while still giving a clear timeline view of ongoing company projects. It also addresses several gaps that other project management tools in the market still struggle with. The dashboard is especially useful because timesheet capture and effort tracking are available together in the same place. On top of that, the hierarchical approach to IT management uses plain, English-like terminology which makes it much simpler for both users and administrators to understand and put into practice.
Cons
It would be even better if a single project could support multiple epics for handling branch projects more effectively. Snapshot-based trend tracking also feels essential so I'd really like to see that included in future releases.

“Better project visibility”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how well it lets you slice and dice a project which gives a user a more holistic view of everything happening across it. Another big plus is the ability to get detailed updates on a specific task or project. The Kanban-style layout is also very helpful and makes tracking work much more practical.
Cons
The downside is the performance. The software tends to get slow and this becomes more noticeable when there's a lot going on. Saving updates can take too long which gets frustrating during busy work.

“easy task organization”
Pros
Right away, the interface feels good and simple to use. It comes with a lot of cool features and it really helps with creating tasks and keeping them organized and managed.
Cons
Every now and then, it stops working for a while which makes tracking work difficult. It also seems to run into server issues pretty often.

“handles the full sprint cycle”
Pros
It handles pretty much everything tied to our sprints. We keep all of our project planning, workload tracking, reporting and bug management in this one platform and it covers the whole process for us.
Cons
it's hard to come up with any complaints. It really does everything I need and want it to do.

“great for sprint planning”
Pros
Creating epics, stories, tasks and more is really well supported here. I rely on it every day, whether I'm running daily stand-ups from my project boards or setting up tasks with story points to help plan and build out sprints.
Cons
At times, it can feel a bit over-configured because there are so many statuses and options available. It tends to work best when you keep things simple and stick to a limited number of columns or swimlanes on the boards.

Reporting feature is the one area that has consistently been difficult to deal with.

“all project details together”
Pros
Having project requests, tasks and defects organized under one project makes day-to-day project management much more effective. The time-tracking sync with related tasks and requests is especially useful when pulling reports for budget monitoring. It also helps track the number of hours spent on a specific project which is valuable for planning future budgets and preparing upcoming work in advance. Overall, it works really well for project activities and for maintaining dashboards, sprints, tasks and other project-related items.
Cons
Usability could be better because if someone is not already familiar with certain processes, it can take quite a while to understand things like how to start a sprint or manage different dashboards and tasks. It would also be helpful to have more features for mapping or storing test cases so that all project artifacts tied to a task can stay in one place. In addition, adding more defect and test case management capabilities would make it a more complete tool for the full test management cycle of a project.

“Takes time to learn”
Pros
As a call logging system, it handles the fundamentals very well. I'm still exploring some of the more advanced features, particularly those related to cross-team collaboration and sub-task assignment but my experience so far has been positive.
Cons
It didn't feel very easy out of the box. There are a lot of functions and it took me some time to understand everything, including the different views and how they all work.

“easy progress monitoring”
Pros
After the project roadmap is established, I find it very easy to keep track of progress. The platform gives me a clear high-level view of team schedules and task completion while the transparency of project information helps strengthen collaboration across the team. I also find the productivity, pace and timeline monitoring tools extremely useful.
Cons
Getting around the workflow can feel pretty tricky and confusing at first. It takes some time to fully understand and it could definitely be made simpler. Looking back through previous tracking details is not very convenient either.

“powerful but complex”
Pros
Providing a central place to report and track issues across multiple products, this platform makes communication between teams much more effective. I find it especially useful when coordinating with the groups responsible for resolving reported problems.
Cons
Because it includes so many features, the platform can be very powerful but that also makes it difficult to use and the interface is definitely not simple.

“adapts to different needs”
Pros
One of its biggest strengths is how well it adapts to different company requirements, project portfolios and levels of detail. I find the platform easy to use and most new users can become comfortable with it after only a short introduction.
Cons
The dashboards could use some improvement and the licensing cost is a little higher compared with competing products.

“Packed with features”
Pros
What impresses me most is how complete the platform feels. Whenever I think a feature is missing, I usually discover that it already exists and simply needs to be enabled. I can manage work through either SCRUM or KANBAN methodologies, customize boards to fit my workflow and take advantage of numerous configuration options. While the flexibility can feel overwhelming for inexperienced users, I find the sprint reports, data segmentation capabilities and custom filters extremely valuable.
Cons
At times it can be a little slow. I think they should remove some of the CSS transitions that partly hide how long the data takes to load because instead they end up making the app feel slower overall. Also, if you open a lot of issues in different tabs, CPU usage goes way up and loading starts to take quite a while.

“Complete management solution”
Pros
For organizations that need comprehensive management tools, this software provides a very complete solution. I particularly appreciate its ability to integrate with other platforms making it more adaptable to different requirements. The fully functional trial period was also helpful because it allowed me to evaluate the system thoroughly before committing. In addition, the clean interface makes it comfortable to use over long periods.
Cons
One thing that can be frustrating is the limited UI customization. If there is a way to change it, it is not very simple to figure out. The starting price is reasonable but as the company grows and the number of users increases, it becomes quite expensive and can even stop being practical because the price jump is so significant. Permission settings are another area that could be improved since configuring them takes more advanced knowledge and often requires help from technical support when it really should be simpler.

“better than spreadsheets”
Pros
Moving much of our management work out of spreadsheets and into this platform has significantly improved how my company plans and tracks professional standards. It serves as a reliable project management and task-tracking solution and I've been pleased with the results. In fact, I previously recommended it at another company because of the value it brought to planning and tracking activities.
Cons
Getting everything set up did take a while. It was close to two months before we were fully able to use it properly but once that was done, it became something we could continue with confidently. We also had to upgrade the version to get rid of the slowness and lag issues.

Pros
The customer portal is one of the features I value most. It allows clients to submit tickets directly and as a technician, I have clear visibility into those requests so I can review and respond to them quickly. The reporting tools are also very convenient and the filtering options help me find exactly the information I need.

“great for managing requests”
Pros
Managing multiple marketing requests becomes much easier with this platform. I find it particularly effective for web-related projects and digital programs because it helps me track, prioritize and organize incoming work efficiently.
Cons
