“Useful issue documentation”
Pros
Being able to track issues, document the resolutions, store images and link everything to other open issues or even external sites has been really useful.
Cons
Support feels somewhat disconnected especially when it comes to getting ongoing problems resolved, like single sign-on.

“Great for managing teams”
Pros
Running a team with this system has been a really positive experience. It handles tasks, subtasks and dependencies better than any other tool I've worked with which makes staying organized much easier.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost. Licensing is extremely expensive and if your team starts growing, that expense is something you'll definitely need to plan for.

“Helpful GitHub integration”
Pros
One of the most useful parts is the GitHub integration since it lets us clearly see which pull requests are tied to each ticket and keeps that tracking organized.
Cons
Since the newer UX changes were introduced, the platform has become a little harder to navigate. There are also a few things you'd expect it to handle but it still can't do.

“Improves sprint visibility”
Pros
Managing our team and project work with this tool has been an excellent experience. It keeps everyone engaged, makes sprint planning and visibility much clearer and integrates easily with Bitbucket and Confluence.
Cons
At this point, I really haven't come across any downsides. All of our work has been planned and built around it, along with the family features.

“Easy for everyone to use”
Pros
Both new hires and experienced employees find the platform easy to navigate. I also appreciate how simple it makes reporting and tracking while maintaining accuracy.
Cons
I don't have much to complain about. It has pretty much done what it promised. If I had to suggest anything, a customizable reminder calendar would be better than the automatic one that comes with it.

“Strong task management”
Pros
Task and user story management are among the strongest aspects of this software. The time-tracking history helps me improve estimation accuracy over time and the visibility into everyone's work reduces the likelihood of merge conflicts and errors.
Cons
Time tracking feature could be more automatic, such as recognizing when the computer is on or off. Getting a project set up in the beginning can also feel a bit complicated.

“Flexible but awkward UX”
Pros
What stands out most to me is the flexibility. I rarely find limitations and it often feels like almost any workflow can be adapted to fit within the platform.
Cons
Biggest issue is usability. It takes too long to load, the interface feels tough and there's very little attention paid to the kind of small micro-interactions that make a product pleasant to use.

“Great for project tracking”
Pros
Helping teams track issues, tasks and other work items through customizable workflows is one of its biggest strengths. We primarily use it for project tracking and project management and I find it very effective for assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress and providing a dashboard-style overview of project status. It also supports collaboration well by allowing team members to assign tasks, review statuses and share feedback in one place.
Cons
Mobile app feels noticeably weaker than the web version especially when it comes to navigation. It is not as simple to move around in the mobile app. There is also a limitation on file upload size which can be frustrating at times. Another downside is that the user interface is not especially friendly so it may take a while before users get comfortable with the navigation and know where everything is.

“Flexible and reliable”
Pros
Over the past several years and across multiple SaaS companies, I've consistently found this to be a reliable tool. Its customization capabilities are one of the main reasons I value it so highly. Setting it up was relatively easy and migrating our workflow from Pivotal Tracker went smoothly. Compared to similar platforms I've used, it stands out for its flexibility, integrations, usability and overall configurability.
Cons
Every now and then, I still run into small bug-like annoyances. One example is not being able to embed an image in an item description when first creating it and only being able to add it later in edit mode. I've also seen cases where multiple people edit the same item and end up overwriting each other's updates when saving. That said, the problems have been fairly minor and we've generally been able to work around them.

“Useful reporting tools”
Pros
Task tracking and reporting work exceptionally well once everything is configured correctly. It keeps me informed about progress and helps identify blockers before they develop into larger problems.
Cons
Setup process is where it gets tough. The configuration is quite complicated and it's not realistic to expect a new user to handle it correctly without help. There's a reason some teams have dedicated people just for implementation. We tried to manage it ourselves and it took us a few months to finally get everything working properly.

“Easy ticket customization”
Pros
The ability to customize ticket fields is one of the features I use most, whether I'm managing bugs or general tasks. I also find cloning items very convenient and the dashboard widgets provide a helpful overview of ongoing work.
Cons
Looking up older tickets can be a bit tough at times. I've also run into cases where the ticket settings especially the fields that should be included automatically, seem to disappear and have to be added again.

“Works well for marketing teams”
Pros
For our marketing projects, the Kanban board setup has been particularly effective. I also appreciate the integrations with Trello and Google Workspace which make file sharing and project tracking much easier across different tools.
Cons
At first, the platform didn't feel especially simple so our team had to rely on online training from the resource center and YouTube to get started. Once we understood how it works though, managing project flow became much more easy.

“Built for workflows”
Pros
When working in sprints and following SCRUM practices, this platform fits naturally into the workflow. I can easily monitor tasks and track team velocity as projects progress over time.
Cons
Every now and then the software freezes up and the search function makes it difficult to quickly locate older tickets.

“Missing important fields”
Pros
Although my programming company originally wanted us to log issues directly in the system for developers to review and fix, I found the experience somewhat difficult. Most of the time, I needed assistance just to access the platform so we eventually stopped entering issues ourselves and now rely on the programmer to handle that process.
Cons
Entering the information I felt was necessary was very difficult to manage and some of the fields I expected or wanted to use simply weren't available.

“Saves time on tickets”
Pros
Saving time is one of the biggest benefits I get from this software because client information is already prepopulated. I also find it helpful that subject lines are stored especially when I need to submit multiple tickets related to the same issue.
Cons
The only downside I can think of is that it can sometimes be hard to locate a submitted ticket if I don't remember the ticket number. Searching by last name or keywords from the ticket does not always work successfully.

“Easy to navigate”
Pros
From the moment I started using it, the interface felt well designed and logically organized. Editing, moving and copying tickets is easy and the built-in statistics help me monitor project progress and track ongoing performance.
Cons
One limitation is that users can't disable certain notifications if they were set as default by the admin for a user group. I'd prefer to have the option to turn those off myself and take responsibility for that choice.

“Great for team collaboration”
Pros
Collaborating on QA activities and bug tickets was a major requirement for our team and this platform has met that need effectively. The collaboration features work well and have become an important part of our workflow.
Cons
At the same time, the software feels overbuilt and the layout isn't organized very well. A tool like this shouldn't have users hunting around just to find basic functionality.

“Helps teams stay aligned”
Pros
Working in SEO, I rely on this product every day to stay in sync with our development teams and coordinate around technical issues that need their attention. For IT-focused teams, it really fits the way they work and supports that style of collaboration well.
Cons
Getting started can feel a bit limited and the interface isn't especially simple at first so it may take some time to get comfortable with it.

“Flexible task management”
Pros
Platform gives a lot of flexibility when creating tasks and stories and you can manage them in your own way at nearly every level. It doesn't really limit users unless an administrator has set restrictions. The Agile board and Kanban features are especially useful and any organization moving from a classic waterfall model to Agile or Scrum would likely appreciate working with them. The timesheet management feature is also valuable because it helps organizations handle financial reporting.
Cons
When cross-referencing a case, both items have to be opened in separate windows which is inconvenient. It would be much better to have a way to view all cases on the same screen. The dashboard is also not very efficient. Each time you click on it, it sends you back to the first dashboard page instead of returning to the specific page you were working on before.

“Everything works together”
Pros
Having the full stack connected has been really valuable for us since alerts, jobs, tickets, scheduled tasks and the rest all work together in one coordinated flow.
Cons
A few areas still feel harder to handle especially setting up calendars for things outside of SLA which was much less manageable than the automation available for ticket creation.
